I was quoted a price for 160.00 per month for every 10 days. They came & cut the grass then I get an email/text stating my property is to large & it would be 120.00 for the cut he just did,,but quoted 80.00. Then it would be 100.00 per cut after that. So it went from 160.00 per month to 100.00 per week. This is called bate & switch. Anybody can do a satellite image of any property Prior to cutting the yard. Or walk the property prior to cutting the yard. read more

After walking my yard, I was quoted a monthly fee for weekly maintenance. 6 weeks later and the 2nd prepayment, I was told my yard was too big and the price was increased. This could have been addressed upon the FIRST maintenance visit. I would have given more stars for the work crew, but this price adjustment afterwards needs to be addressed. (Maybe Eddy should get out with the crew occasionally.) read more
