II hired them to do a 28 square-foot backsplash. The job was subpar and I constantly had to check on the work to QC it. When I called Tom to report some of the issues, he asked me if I had communicated with the installer and to check on things to make sure they were being done to my satisfaction. What!? That isn't why you hire a professional company. You trust that people are qualified to do the quality job they present themselves to be able to do. The installer also did not respect my home. I just had new floors, countertops, and cabinets installed. No protection was put down on my floor nor my countertops. There was grout all over my new quartz countertops as well as my cabinets. It was a struggle to get everything cleaned, and I also had to vacuum up all the debris and dust he left behind. It took me an hour and a half to clean up the mess left behind by the I am very disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation.
