There were stains that I had been told wouldn't come out but somehow Lucas Homes made our carpet look beautiful. No, it doesn't look new but the carpet is about 20 years old at least. It is 100% better than what it used to look like. I asked them to clean the wrap around sofa and chairs in our common area of the house. They do look like new! The sofa is over 4 years old and the chairs are much older but they look brand new now. Then they cleaned up everything and double checked to make sure we were happy.
