In the past we had carpets cleaned by the major carpet cleaning companies. They always had coupons for discounted cleaning. I must admit that the carpet cleaning was very mediocre. We decided to look fo a different carpet cleaner and found APEX CARPET CLEANING on Angi's. Hired APEX. APIX was wonderful. They called as promised before arriving at the arranged time. Chris arrived precisely on time. Reviewed the rooms and issues to be addressed and proceded to do the cleaning. We were not sure he could get all areas cleaned. After completion carpets were like new. Unlike the other cleaners. Cost was more, but worth it. Chris was also very personable and professional. did a wonderful job. When we need carpet cleaning again we'll be calling APEX. We strongly recommend APEX and are happy we had hired them to do our carpets. read more

I hired Apex carpet solution to clean my grandmother's furniture which dated back from the late 60s to early 70s and I do not believe it has been cleaned since then. When they were done with the work, it looked absolutely brand new and stunning. I even added extra work that I would like to have completed and they gave me a very fair quote for the additional work and stayed late to finish my project I would highly recommend them. They are friendly knowledgeable, and they take great pride and their work something that is very rare nowadays. Honestly the furniture came out better than I expected. I recently moved into a motor home full time and the carpets were in poor condition so I knew whoever was willing to make an attempt would have their work cut out for them. I called and was able to get an appointment a few days later which was great. Honestly, I didn't expect much. Chris and his assistant showed up on time and got after it. They even attacked my tile floored area that I was certain was already clean... it wasn't. The carpet came out far better than I had hoped and the tile was a beautiful white when they left. A few days later I called them back to see if I could get a couple spots touched up and Chris' wife, Alicia, worked tirelessly around my wonky schedule to get it worked in and of course, she did. I was VERY happy with the job done by Chris from Apex. My ceramic tile had a film of grime and dirt which couldn't be cleaned by regular mopping. My grout, which was originally a tan color, had become dark brown or even black in many places. I even contemplated painting the grout with a "grout refresh" product sold at Lowes. Luckily, I called Apex first. I thought my grout was too stained to be saved and I even told them so. They assured me they could help and promised I would be happy with the results. The results were staggering! My grout was restored back to its original color and my tile was cleaned so thoroughly, the color of the tile appears several shades lighter. What a pleasure. I picked this company cold, as I did not find many reviews - I needed a company that would dry clean my sofa, not steam. As soon as I spoke to Chris' wife on the phone I went with my gut and it was the right decision. Chris is so knowledgeable and intent on doing a good job - which he did. They were on time, delightful and left no mess, and did a great job on my poor sofa.
