When I spoke with my mother after the cleaning, she told me that her house had never been that clean! According to her, Jon and Yeni are very thorough cleaners and a joy to have in the house. She is looking forward to her next service. As for someone scheduling from afar, it has been a delight working with J&Y, as their communication has been fantastic.

Very unreliable.

I hired Hannah from across the country to clean my Mom's house after a family member moved out…read more The house was in need of a deep cleaning! Within a matter of hours, Hannah and her team had the floors, countertops, bathrooms and kitchen SPARKLING clean! She literally transformed the space with her hard work. The appliances in the kitchen were looking a little worse for wear, and I told my mom she may be better off replacing them. Somehow Hannah was able to get them back to looking like new! Hiring Hannah was easy and efficient - I reached out to her on Yelp and she responded instantly and gave me a price that was more than fair for the amount of work she did. She was able to come exactly when we needed her (which was pretty much right away! :)) and she was great about communication. We will definitely be hiring her again in the future!

They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

She came back for a redo for $480 dollars, still didn't do the job she was hired to do & I just lifted up master bedroom bed which I give you is hard to do, but there was over 3 inches of dirt & dog hair down there, I did take pictures and than vacuum it up. called her up & she blamed the dog, but this was much worse than a week of dog hair, so I have been slacking too, but I didn't get paid $480!!! I would hire her to clean but NO to DEEP Cleaning.

I went in after their cleaning to a harsh chemical smell as well as a smell of something burning. As I looked around, it seemed as if not much of a clean was done at all . Painters tape was still on the baseboards with a dead insect stuck to it, dirt and soap scum in the sinks and showers, and dirt still inside drawers and cabinets. After sending pictures of these items, it was also discovered that they had brought their own candle and was burning it in my home (it was in one of the pictures they sent me). They made an attempt to correct the situation by having it recleaned. The following day after the reclean, I went back and some of the items had in fact been corrected, however, when I got to the guest bathroom, there was urine all over the seat and top of the toilet bowl. I have requested a full refund since after this second failed clean, I couldn't trust that my home is clean enough for me to move in and just put things away. I have yet to hear back from them after several messaged left regarding this. This is disgusting and unprofessional, and clearly they are not vetting their employees well enough if they are leaving my home in this condition not once but twice. I would not recommend....There are too many good high quality services out there to settle for this.
