They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

I hired 5 fairies for a move in cleaning for my new apartment since I was having surgery and was…read moreunable to clean and disinfect myself. I went in after their cleaning to a harsh chemical smell as well as a smell of something burning. As I looked around, it seemed as if not much of a clean was done at all . Painters tape was still on the baseboards with a dead insect stuck to it, dirt and soap scum in the sinks and showers, and dirt still inside drawers and cabinets. After sending pictures of these items, it was also discovered that they had brought their own candle and was burning it in my home (it was in one of the pictures they sent me). They made an attempt to correct the situation by having it recleaned. The following day after the reclean, I went back and some of the items had in fact been corrected, however, when I got to the guest bathroom, there was urine all over the seat and top of the toilet bowl. I have requested a full refund since after this second failed clean, I couldn't trust that my home is clean enough for me to move in and just put things away. I have yet to hear back from them after several messaged left regarding this. This is disgusting and unprofessional, and clearly they are not vetting their employees well enough if they are leaving my home in this condition not once but twice. I would not recommend....There are too many good high quality services out there to settle for this.
