Disappointed!! I hired this company to come clean my house, including the refrigerator and the…read moreoven. A half an hour before they were supposed to arrive... They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

Some areas of my floor was left with splotches. The ceiling fan in the master was missed. They did not wipe down outlets. The did not vacuum or mop under my sofas (there were dog toys AND an auto vacuum still under the sofas). The master bath sink frames were left with dust on the bases. I spec requested all door frames dusted. They missed two doors (out of 10). What they did clean, they 'wiped'. they commented on how clean my home was to begin with- which may have made them less attentive. The rooms the did towards the end of their visit were the issue. Sad to say, I rewashed my floors, finished cleaning doors, shelves, fans, and the master bathroom. If you are looking for a company with attention to detail, while the team was nice and quite polite, I do not plan on havIng them return.

Do not use these people. I made a appointment for 6/1/25. My roomate with cancer is moving in…read moretoday. These people are corporate. Metrics and money is the most important thing to them. I was quoted $270.00 and the manager took $135 deposit over the phone ahead of time. I was told I'd get more time if needed. While cleaning they took everything down from my bathroom and put it in my bedroom room & cleaned bathroom well. I was then told they will have to leave early and may not finish and still charge the additional $135.00. In the mean time there is a whole lot of junk in my bedroom that the cleaning girls put in there. They did not start the livingroom, kitchen nor the other bathroom. You can not talk to these girls at all because they only listen to their orders from their boss on the phone. After I was notified they were going to leave early. I called the boss and yes I was screaming at him because he was going to charge me $ 135 ( for a total of $270) for unfinsihsed work, so while on the phone the girls just left and quit because they got offened with my anger at there commander. The pictures I posted below is how they left the house. The reason the house was so messy is because I have a major back injury & thats what I hired these people for. They have no ethics. they kept or stole my deposit of $135 after leaving my house like this. As I understand A person can feel tense about screaming at the captian ( the employer) however, I'd like to ask wouldn't you screem if a company was going to charge full price for unfinished work? They quit and they stole the deposit of $135.00 This company has no ethics. Stay away from this company they are bad news.
