Her employee was cleaning with chemicals behind a closed bathroom door without a mask or any protection provided by the owner. The owner never followed up with us after job was completed all she did was demand payment via text at 7:50am Saturday morning. No invoice was sent with payment options etc. I would not hire her for any job nor would I recommended this franchise owner. I grout will need additional steam cleaning ( see attached pics)
