That isn't why you hire a professional company. You trust that people are qualified to do the quality job they present themselves to be able to do. The installer also did not respect my home. I just had new floors, countertops, and cabinets installed. No protection was put down on my floor nor my countertops. There was grout all over my new quartz countertops as well as my cabinets. It was a struggle to get everything cleaned, and I also had to vacuum up all the debris and dust he left behind. It took me an hour and a half to clean up the mess left behind by the I am very disappointed and frustrated with the entire situation. Tom did not want to assume any responsibility for the poor workmanship l, all he wanted to do was blame the customer. Not good customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I waited another month, thinking I would hear from him and offering time after a loss. When I called the second time, he was working so there was a LOT of background noise.
