I was working in another room of my house while he was cleaning my carpets. Every 20 or 30 minutes, I'd get up to view the progress. David continued working, but took the time to explain what he was doing, or how the water/steam was working or answer any questions I had. David finished in just a couple of hours - put all his hoses and corner protectors in his truck before finalizing our contract.
