I made a return three weeks ago, and the store manager, Justin, assured me the refund would show in two days. Three weeks later -- after multiple store visits and countless phone calls -- I finally got my refund... minus a restocking fee. The cherry on top? Justin told me I was "being difficult." Really? After I had to chase down my own refund for weeks, I think patience was the only thing I didn't run out of. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but between the lack of communication, careless service, and the "that's just the way it is" attitude, it's clear customer experience doesn't exist here.
