He was here all day one day until almost 6:pm. It wasn't done though. Then he came back and spent another good part of a day. It was an inside door. The door wasn't replaced just the molding. So when he was done I can't believe he left tape on the floor paint and roller right where he was done. There are finger prints on the door that aren't mine. I will supply pictures. Plus he charged me $200 over the budget. It's just sad really. I gave him one star and that was for the 3 kids because they were so sweet. He needs to learn how to bid a job and clean up after himself. SMH True story. I couldn't make this up if I tried.

First issue: There are cracks in the ceiling where the pieces of drywall touched. Second issue: There are some spots where he applied tape but no mud. Third issue: He got mud all over our cabinets. Fourth issue: He wanted to leave all of the plastic & tape on the floors. I didn't think it would be a big problem, until I started cleaning it up. What a huge mess - don't let him talk you into this. Fifth issue: We called him in April & he said he would be over on Thursday to repair the problems. Of course, he didn't show up. He called & said he coudn't come until after May 10. Ok, but he didn't call or show up in May. I just called him & he says he doesn't remember us and since we paid in cash he wouldn't have put it in his accounting or declare this income to the IRS and then he hung up on me.
