Do not use this branch of Stanley Steemer. The crew was in and out in 30 minutes after cleaning 3 rugs, a couch and an ottoman. The large 13 by 10 rug is still drying after the cleaning yesterday morning. The crew did not spend enough time after cleaning with steam to suck out the moisture. I am grateful the floor is tile. Ss a follow up to the above review. I called Stanley Steemer and they sent a second crew out today to remedy the problem. They recleaned the rug and brushed the sofa so the cleaning lines were no longer visible. Thank you Stanley Steemer for standing by your service. read more

Arrived on time, polite & professional. I was unaware I would need to prewash my carpet. All that was to be washed, was a bedroom with closet, hallway & stairs. I am thankful for my Bissell crosswave. I bbn removed 3 gallons of water that was dark gray & smelly. I hope that the enzymes that were sprayed will help with musty smell. When you got Stanley Steemer you could count on a good job. After posting on my FB page of how bad of a job I got, everyone jumped on board saying what terrible experience they had. I had two rooms, no furniture, they cleaned it so fast that I even said, I could not have even vacuumed that fast. Stains did not come out at all..looked liked they just put water on it. Wish I had known so many people had the same experience I would have saved 75 bucks. NEVER AGAIN. They offered to come back out. But this was last day of me vacating this residence. read more

Stubborn stains I hadn't been able to remove- they got right rid of with no problem. They also cleaned the tiles and after cleaning the grout - they sealed the grout. It was bad experience from that start. The lead cleaner started by telling me straight off (before hello) that the online estimate they gave me was wrong. I expected some adjustments but in reality the new cost he gave almost doubled original quote. Seems they charge by the room, and every nook & cranny, no matter how small, is a room by Stanley Steamer standards. Front hallway they count as two rooms (entry and hall). When I complained, they remeasured every inch and gave me a new estimate now 160% over original quote - - and they said that was now firm, take it or leave it (obviously because I complained) - - I told them to have a nice day. These people nickel and dime you (big time) so they can WAY overcharge once they arrive. Common sense and customer hospitality is not part of their culture. I give one star because Yelp system doesn't allow anything lower and one of the guys was nice, the other not. STAY AWAY read more

So in time of crisis ie. a leak in your home with water in the walls, this specific group out of Leesburg were knowledgeable, prompt, courteous and helpful. Three men came the day after Thanksgiving. I have previously used Stanley Steemer to clean one of my area rugs before in 2015, I called the same exact company with a new address they came out picked up my rug like before on the 05/02/2019 six days later I receive a call from their processing center in Ocala where they take the rugs to be cleaned. I spoke with Eric the manager which was very rood and impatient with me and my wife on the phone, after going round and round with him he said that our rug had never been serviced in his department and that he had been the manager at that facility sense 2009. I really thought they had a better reputation when came to customer service, I guess I was wrong. Today I get a call from the office of (SS) a week later asking me when I would like my rug returned to me, you would of thought they would return it right away.
