Charlie and Mannie came out to inspect the damage a few days later and stated that basically the damage done by the machine was due to poor installation of the tile by the original contractor. When asked how much it would costs to repair, Charlie stated $250.00. First of all, I would have thought that Renu would have covered the repair since it was their equipment that caused the damage.
