After several months of increased respiratory problems we bit the bullet and hired Thera Clean to inspect and clean the system. They were prompt, professional and did a great job! What a difference in the indoor air quality!

After the remediation from the Hurricane which most of us in Coaswtal Citrus experienced, he refused to follow thru with the PROMISED DLOOR CLEANING. Said he would mop it and that is it. If I wanted anything else I could pay for it. His father spoke with me and said he would do it himself if he had to do it on the weekend, well once the son spoke with his father that didn't happen. So my only option is to get the word out. While they did a good job. I was due an additional service that I had paid for but was refused. I have a long 100% silk area rug that I'm absolutely in love with and have had it for a few years,…read morebut I never cleaned it because I heard so many stories of rugs being destroyed when sent out for cleaning. So a neighbor recommended Alex the cleaner, so I decided to give them a call. Right from the start, they made me feel comfortable with all the knowledge they had about rugs and especially delicate rugs. I decided to go with them and booked an appointment to get my rug cleaned on the spot. When Alex came over, he looked closely and gave me his assessment and quote, and I agreed. He started the work right there, and that's it. It was very simple. He was very respectful and professional. He even took a before and after photo, which I thought was a great idea. Overall the cleaning came out perfect, and the customer service was even better. I highly recommend Alex, the cleaner!

I visited this business and was serious about having laminate installed in my home. Anita is…read moreawesome in the store and she knows the business. Very accommodating, she sent me home with some samples so that I could "see" how the colors would look at various times of the day. I found a style and color I liked, so she scheduled Bill (I assume he is the new owner; this business was recently sold) to come out and measure. He called me on the appointed morning. Since my home is in a rural area, I tried to give him special directions, but he cut me off in mid-sentence. Then he proceeded to get lost finding my house. Geez, I wonder why... He measured my room without incident. Apparently assuming that I was a person of limited taste, Bill tried to sell me a much inferior floor for only $1400 on the ruse that "it doesn't cost much, which would be a benefit to you. " He had no right to assume what I could afford. When I went back in to the store to possibly complete my order, Anita told me that the floor would not have a full warranty because I live in a modular home and there is a seam in the middle of the house. Never mind the fact that the house has sat stable for twelve years. I decided that if I was going to spend upward of $3000 dollars on a floor that I deserved a whole warranty, not just a partial one. I have never heard of someone saying they will warrant only part of an area of the floor they install! So, I found another provider. I do not appreciate the fact that Bill would not tell me straight out that there would be no warranty in the area of the seam of my home, but left it to Anita to tell me. I don't trust this guy, and if he is that evasive with every customer, he likely will not be in business very long. Two stars because of Anita, but certainly no more. Buyer, beware.

Hi, AVOID using or hiring: Steamin Deamin Carpet Cleanin, Inc…read more My home is a 2020 home brand new, the carpets gets cleaned every 6 months by myself using a home steam machine, but wanted a "professional cleaning" to remove some minor stains. I called them since I got an add in the paper, they came and the $70 job was raised to over $500, since they were going to do "deep scrub" apply "Scotch Guard" and "most furniture moved". I declined the "sanitizer" so the price came down to a bit less than $400 . They only added water from my sink to their machine, regardless of adding sanitizer or scotch guard to it. (1.s alarm) They really did NOT scrub the carpets, just soaked them in water, their machine leaks so, a LOT of water was left, they said should dry in about 6 hours, took over 20 hours to get them dry. NO furniture was moved at all, only they 'TILTED" a sofa and a love seat. No receipt was provided at all, only allowed to take a picture with my phone to the "ESTIMATE SHEET ONLY" that is a piece of paper covered by plastic and used over and over, also has an item "ADJUSTMENTS" and it was added a 7% as sales tax, but NOT reflected on the tax line. The carpets were left soaked and wet and dirty. Only CASH payment allowed or check, no credit cards. I called them up the next day (06/17/2023) to let them know about the need of valid receipt and doing the job properly. They stated will be coming back 06/26/2023 to re do them, that day, they did them in less than 20 minutes, also show them the scratches done by the hose in the hall, and just a "sorry" was provided. Started using TEXT so I could have a "paper trace" of the interactions with them. They offered a gallon of paint and $100 refund no later than 07/05/2023. So far as of today (07/26/2023), they stopped responding and has not honored the "WORD" given on 06/28/2023 and 06/29/2023. So, if you want to loose your money and not have the job done properly then call them, otherwise DON"T. UPDATE: 08/02/2023: Placed a claim with the BBB back at the beginning of July they finally replied to the BBB with only a $100 refund and that is NOT acceptable to me, they offered Scothgard that was NEVER applied, offered Deep Scrub never done, charged me 7% as adjustments (avoiding paying taxes I will guess), and they damaged the wall in the hall.
