They even helped me pick up the flooring for a small fee, which was totally fair, and handled everything from there. Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. I'm so grateful we went with them because they did an incredible job. Michael's crew was even better than we were hoping for. They showed up on time, were very detailed in their work, made sure the leveling and spacing was perfect, and were in constant contact with us, making sure any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. One of my favorite parts of their work is when they showed us an issue with leveling or spacing and then fixed it without us having to say a word. They also left the house in a much better condition than I was expecting with some cleaning (everything was covered in tile dust after they removed the old tile).
