I'm very indecisive but they have helped me pick and choose based on my feedback. Also, they can order anything you want or need! I found a beautiful selection on Pinterest and they ordered for me at no additional fee. Their showroom is great. They have tons of products and options displayed so you can get a better idea. Their pricing is comparable if not better than their competitors. They offer installation at a very reasonable price. Before install, they come out to quote but what's even better is they put together a project plan outlining the project area, colors, products, "trouble spots" etc so everyone's on the same page. We have NOT yet had our options installed but for shopping they've been great. I'll be back for install update!

I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.

Willy was at my house the very next day taking measurements and answering any follow up questions and giving his expert advice and I had a quote that same day. After signing the contract, Todd was in touch with me in a couple days, the carpet arrived shortly thereafter and I had it installed 2 days later!! Jose and team doing the installation were awesome to work with. They were very respectful of everything in my house, very communicative and had my entire house done in 4 hours. I looked into several other local options including the big major stores but in the end it was a very simple decision to go with Flooring Master. I maaaaybe could've saved a couple dollars with a big store but the hassles I would've gone through in dealing with them was nowhere near worth it knowing how awesome it was to work with this team. I found them (literally) running through my neighborhood one day and I am SO happy I did!! They will get all of my future flooring needs and hopefully many of my friends as well. I really could not have asked for a better experience working with this whole team.

I was very impressed by their amazing work from start to finish. This is especially true given I had to navigate the first half of the job from out of state. Once the carpet was taken up and tile removed they started the installation, I arrived. Daniel was the installer who put down our flooring. His precision and attention to detail was evident from start to finish! Initially my plan was to purchase flooring for only three areas: the foyer, living room and the dining room. After seeing Daniel's work. I expanded my budget to include two additional rooms (that were planned for later in the year)because I did not want to take a chance and not have Daniel as my installer. Once I saw his amazing work, I had to have him lay the flooring in the other two rooms. That being said, I trust Wall to Wall and I am sure all of the installers are top notch but Daniel exceeded my expectations.
