After initially beginning the process with someone else, it became apparent through the design phase that a change was necessary. I was familiar for decades with the respected reputation of S&W Kitchens, but only recently became aware that their range of services extended well beyond kitchens to include bathroom remodels to full house renovations. From our initial consultation with Longwood Project Designer Mayerlin, it was clear that we had selected a winner. Mayerlin listened to our vision of what we imagined for our new beach home. Moving forward through the design phase, Mayerlin and her design assistant, Chesleigh, created a comprehensive plan including pre-construction to complete remodel architectural quality floorplans and elevations. Mayerlin presented choices for all necessary materials and with her guidance we made our final selections. The project included a total refresh of the kitchen including a new kitchen island, new cabinetry and new appliances. The living room included a new extensive accent entertainment wall with adjacent built in lower cabinetry and upper floating shelves. These areas included a new tongue & groove ceiling with beams. The primary bathroom was fully gutted and a new floorplan design for vanities and an enlarged shower was successfully completed. The two other guest bathrooms were updated with new vanities, countertops, sinks, backsplashes and mirrors also. All old incandescent can ceiling lights throughout were updated to LED can ceiling lights. The Project Construction Manager, Tim, handled the flow of work and coordination of subs as a true professional. Tim was always responsive to our questions and concerns. And Mayerlin was always following up in the field as the project went from demolition to completion. The finished result is stunning and exceeded our pre-construction vision. Mayerlin, Tim and the S&W team were outstanding. Please do not hesitate to give them consideration in bringing your remodel dreams to reality.

This is the worst granite company that I have ever dealt with. They put two slabs in my house one…read morehad rounded edges. The other one has square edges. Nothing matched. When they did the template, I sat there for three hours while they did it not one person asked me anything to come to find out. They couldn't speak English, and they couldn't understand any English. When they put the granite on the backsplash, it doesn't match any of the veining and the customer service is NILL. A gentleman came out to look at what was wrong said he would be in touch and I never heard from him again I reached out to him through text with no answer. Now I'm stuck hiring another granite company to repair their mistakes. Do not use this granite company. You will not be happy with their workmanship.

When their template person comes out and you talk about things you want, they nod along but will change things to what they want. If you don't pay attention and trust them you will sign something without knowing they changed something or didn't add something. Once you sign the document, you are stuck because they will use that against you when there is a problem with something. Their countertop cut is uneven and then say your cabinets must not be level and that is why the multiple seams don't line up correctly. They pride themselves on a seam you can barely see, but mine are like the ones they show as the competitors seam. We recently had our whole kitchen done through Lowe's and this is a subcontractor that is used. Learn from my mistake, if you use them make sure you have them explain the drawings before signing anything and make sure you are completely happy with the drawings before signing anything. I don't know which office we were dealing with but they have a 407 area code.

In January, I went and bought all sorts of Christmas ribbon on sale for projects I wanna do this coming Christmas. I would recommend this place for holiday stuff and hope decor for all seasons. They also have quite the selection of frames and mirrors. Parking is plentiful. Although I shop quick and get out before I spend too much, I like that their shopping carts have a drink holder!!!
