They came over took pictures and said it appeared to be a manufacturer defect and that they would file a claim. Fast forward almost a year... we've been in contact with them at least 10+ times, they've come over at least 4x and the last time in August they brought a rep from the manufacturer. Every time we follow up they say they will get back to us but we constantly have to follow up again. They said we have a 25 year warranty on the floors but all they do is make excuses then we don't hear from them again until we follow up. Their customer service is horrible, their ability to resolve an issue is horrible, their commitment to honor their warranty is horrible. As a veteran I hate to criticize a veteran owned business but this is by far the worst experience we have ever had with a business. I filed a BBB complaint and even the BBB said they won't respond.

Have floors replaced in all rooms of a house with hardwood flooring. Four years later water damage…read moreappeared in three rooms. Had two flooring companies with over forty years of experience looks at the floors and they indicated the damage was from the lack of a moisture barrier on the concrete slab.. The insurance company came out and inspected the floor and then had a water leak detection engineer inspect the damage and his conclusion was the issue was moisture damage coming from the slab as a result of the lack of the installation of a moisture barrier. All Flooring came out and said they were not responsible since the water was coming in from the exterior walls which is interesting since some of the damage was not by a wall. Yes we had some cracking on the outside walls but three professional painting companies indicated the existing cracks were not large enough to cause interior water damage. This company is a veteran owned company which is one reason we went with them since I am a veteran. The company absolutely refuses to do anything in regards to any type of compensation. I gave the review one star only because I had to select one star.
