We spent nearly $30,000 on what was promised to be a durable floor that would withstand a busy family home with four kids and a dog. Within less than two years, the floors began to crack in multiple rooms--kitchen, kids' bedroom, and master bedroom--completely separate areas of the home. When I reached out for help, I was met with months of delays before anyone even came to look at the floors. The first repair attempt was in August 2023, after my initial complaint in April 2023. By September 2023, yet another crack had already appeared. Their "inspections" blamed everything from Florida sun, to kids riding scooters, to moisture, to the fact that we have built-ins in our home--anything but the real issue, which is their installation quality. The excuses are insulting. For example: * One crack was under a rug in a room with no sun exposure. * Another was in our master bedroom, nowhere near transitions. * There's a T-mold in the kids' bathroom, so that excuse doesn't hold either. * And of course, the original crack in the kitchen happened long before any other home projects were even started. The truth is simple: PCM installed this floor over tile, creating weak points at the seams. If a floor can't last two years when installed this way, they should never have sold or installed it. Their own inspector even noted "installation related concerns" with expansion space and transitions. Yet instead of standing behind their work, PCM spent more energy denying responsibility than helping to fix the problem. Their "solution"? Offering me a discount on new flooring--after I had already spent nearly $30,000 with them! That's not customer service, that's an insult. If you are considering PCM Floors, do not make the same mistake we did. Their workmanship is poor, their accountability is nonexistent, and their products clearly can't stand up to what they promise. What's worse, when problems arise, they'll waste your time, pass the blame, and leave you stuck with cracked, defective flooring. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping.
