He has a full in house crew so we didn't have to deal with subcontractors. I love how meticulous and detailed his crew was; I'm in love with my kitchen. Communication skills and follow up are non existent with Majestic. The owner is quick to give you…read morean estimate and take your deposit but his follow up and timetable for job completion is terrible! He never answers his phone and responds to texts days later. He quoted us a 8-10 week time line on our custom entertainment unit and 6 months later the job was not completed. He dropped the ball on several occasions, promising and never delivering. I have never seen the owner of a company treat a customer this way! Stain color was wrong, and installation dates were missed several times with follow ups only after I called and texted several times. Buyers beware....i am writing this because I don't want you to be disappointed. He will talk a good game, cash your deposit and then take his time and disappoint you!

The workmanship is excellent and he matched the furniture and our taste exactly. They kept us up to date on the process and had us out to the shop during the process to view the progress and make final design decisions.
