She was very patient and accommodating as I asked many questions and made changes regularly. She did not try and push me to purchase any specific products or to get started. When we were ready so were they. The contractors, Omar Flores & Alejandro Borges from Atlas Remodeling came out and were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and meticulous in their work. I can't say enough good things about them and Clermont Kitchens and Bath. They have yet to complete repairs following cabinet installation (full kitchen). Their contractor damaged our new range cooktop and still have not replaced it!!! It has now been over 6months!!! I'm now seeking legal action!!! They cannot manage their contractors, hell, they can't even follow up as promised with simple phone calls!!! We went to Clermont Kitchen & Bath for our kitchen countertops. Our sales rep was Jessica who was pleasant and knowledgeable of the different countertops. The process of picking out and ordering was easy, the price was a little more then expected but we ordered a higher end quartz. The time frame from ordering to installation was reasonable. The installation.........the installers were nice but there were some issues. The backsplash was suppose to be 5.5" they weren't, one of our cabinet wasn't level, they stuck a few pieces of wood in between to level it & left a big gap and they broke a few parts under the sink and left it leaking because they thought the plumber would be back the next day. This is not what we expected when we paid 7K+ for a countertop. After several calls to my sales rep and no action, I finally drove there to show pictures. I spoke with Beatriz, who took one look at the pictures & got things fixed, including getting a plumber out the same day to fix the mess left by the installers. When all was said & done the countertops look beautiful, they fixed everything. I would have given 4 stars, because things happen, it all about how you handle those things. I didn't give the 4 stars because they charged us full price for the plumber ($450) to hook up the sink. We wouldn't have needed the plumber if the installers didn't break the pipe when they took the sink out. I've included a picture of the finished installation after they fixed the issues. read more

***GET A SECOND ESTIMATE*** I stopped into CK&B for a cabinet estimate for my house remodel. After an excessive ~3 week wait period, I returned to the store to preview design with incorrect measurements and no pricing on the material. Furthermore, they quoted $150,000 in LABOR ONLY for drywall/framing, electric, and plumbing for a 2,000 sq ft renovation (this price EXCLUDED cabinet/trim install, floors, HVAC, and ALL materials) I was dumfounded at their pricing and requested an itemized quote because this could not be taken seriously or considered. Beatriz herself told me the lump sum was derived so I could not subtract components of the project to less expensive contractors and their pricing is firm for their customers. When I received the emailed quote, is was already $62K less than the verbal quote, while still being 2-4x more expensive than other reliable contractor estimates I had accumulated. By not using this company, I am saving ~$100,000 in labor alone, ~$17,000 on cabinets by purchasing from a better quality online dealer with superb customer service, and ~$6,000 by purchasing Florida Tile from another local store. This is price gouging at it's finest and an unethical business practice that will not withstand the test of time. Additionally, the owner was constantly pushing to know my overall project budget which isn't relevant to her in the least considering I worked on that with my architect during design and scoping. Maggi told me Beatriz didn't take me as a serious buyer, insinuating I couldn't afford the renovation, which is why my estimate and design were delayed for 3 weeks. I have never been so personally insulted by a seemingly professional company. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Should you consider this company, at least get a 2nd estimate because better pricing, quality, and service awaits you elsewhere. In good conscience, I cannot stand idle and allow others who may not dedicate as much time to due diligence be taken advantage of so I am reporting this company to the Florida Attorney General. I'll leave it to the experts to investigate unethical price gouging and decide if their pricing was marginally fair or unlawfully exorbitant... though I can quickly and confidently compare to make the decision for myself. We placed an order on May 10 for cabinets and Granite and we are still waiting for the project to be completed. We have had multiple issues with this installation and the process has been painful. Wrong color sinks installed so they had to remove and install correct ones. Wine bar cabinet finally got here but two of the doors are wrong. Should have been glass doors. The communication with the granite company has been horrible. We are on our second Granite company and I've been waiting all day for a phone call so they can measure the cabinets. Just called the company and the lady I spoke to doesn't know anything about someone coming to measure for granite today. I really hope this project gets completed soon! When it's finished I will do another review on the final project. Update- I'm still waiting for the granite company to come measure the cabinets that were finally installed. He has called me three times to say he is on his way for the last two hours. The last time he called he said he was on his way to install the granite. I said you haven't even measured the space so how are you going to install??? He said oh you are the wrong person but I'll be at your house is 20 minutes to measure. That was 30 minutes ago. I contracted with this company to redo my shower and repair water damage that was incurred by the original shower being improperly built (when the house was built). I bought the house with the shower damaged and was just ready to have it fixed. Ivy came out to my house and reviewed the work as well as taking measurements. I was incredibly clear that I wanted all water damage fixed as well as the new shower installed. The workers she sent did not speak English well. They wanted to just cover up mold in the walls instead of fixing it. I had to go back and forth with them about not allowing them to cover up the mold. They damaged the wall while installing the shower step and Ivy tried to charge me to repair the walls. They also did not complete the job in the time that was specified and arranged. I had to take an additional day off work to accommodate the slow workers. They were given four days to complete the job. At the end of day four they had only been on site at my house for a total of 16hrs. This is a horrible company that does not care about what you want. They don't want to work with you. They just want to take your money and do a half rate job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more
