Between having to change colors selected 3 times(because they were out of stock each time), having damage to our driveway after we told them twice not to bring a heavy truck, damage in our kitchen ceiling, to..finding out Alec was fired; I have nothing else to add. The owner called and offered a credit- never got it. But; the owner of the trucking company at least was extremely professional and repaired the damage promptly. At least the roof looks nice! Hopefully the 3 yr warranty they gave us will hold longer.

Even a full-sized folding tarp that you could see from down the street. And that was just the front yard. Forget about the back yard. They never even bothered to ring the doorbell or knock and ask if they could clean up their mess. And that's what they left behind AFTER the boss yelled at them about cleaning up, so it would have been even worse if left to the workers. This is what the boss found acceptable. And for days everything stank like exhaust from their gasoline powered air compressor for the nail guns even though they were only a couple feet away from an electric outlet. I know who i'm not using when I need a roof.

My first job with him was my kitchen, done in natural cherry back in 2011. Completely custom with desk and bookshelf area. Then he did a large entertainment center to match the kitchen cabinets in the adjacent family room along with a small outdoor kitchen cabinets a couple of years later. In 2021 he did a huge painted maple wall unit for my husband Legos in our bonus room which came out amazing. He did my brother's kitchen in painted maple. He turned a small tiny closet into am amazing pantry by removing existing door, opening up the sheetrock and installing a cabinet with pullouts and shelves all the way to the top. He took care of the sheetrock work and the door, etc within my brother's budget. Then he helped him find the quartz he wanted at a very good price as well as the installer. Currently we just put a deposit down to get our 2 masterswalking closets and linen closet in our master bedroom as well as a bathroom vanity in the kitchen style for a bath next to it. He is patient, he dedicates time to you so he can understand what you really want and he does his best. He likes to help you with stone for your counter tops and sets you up with others that can give you a deal because of him. Because he is really busy you have to wait for your turn and sometimes you have to be patient if for whatever reason the job ahead of you becomes delayed. It's better quality, durability, and must important, is a personalized design, built to my exact specifications, making the space truly unique. I started with the laundry. They did an awesome custom made cabinets to meet exactly my needs. The second project, was my garage. The custom built-in design in grey was impeccable. The seamless wall of cabinets hide everything in the garage (my husband tools, big christmas boxes, everything). The garage looks organized and beautiful. My next project was the master bedroom closets and the children closet. Finally, they re-do all my rental apt (kitchen, baths, bar). Started mid-March and was given a verbal bid on a bathroom renovation (not needed, but there was a…read more leak in the shower that started the whole thing and I added the rest because he mentioned any renovation under $6k isn't worthwhile and my bathroom was outdated and ugly anyway), add pantry and paint and chair rail in 2 areas (main bedroom and dining/galley kitchen area). 5 months later (I saw nothing done until June) I have bad grout work in bath and shower, no vanity or sink installed, bowed out drywall, about 40% of a pantry (rough drywall, with some slapdash joint fill and whatnot, no shelving, but there is a light, which he contracted out to a different company) and only a toilet working in the bathroom, Repeated lack of response, or commitments to complete made that were rarely if ever met. I was very patient, my only ask being if I had to wait, fine, just don't leave me with my house in disarray for long periods of time (the original estimate was 4-5 days and at the start I still had use of toilet and sink in the bathroom), put me on the schedule when the job could be knocked out all at once, not in dribs and drabs, which was exactly what he did. When I finally called him out on it (being very patient and understanding up to this point) and set a time I needed it to be done or I'd have to figure something else out, he told me to do so and sent me a hugely inflated 'estimate' on work completed and that he'd kindly not make me pay what was 'owed' but call it even. I gave him a 50% deposit plus another 14-15% or so draw, and have use of neither pantry or bathroom, and the work that is done will likely have to be redone to fix the issues (mismatched grout on the bathroom floor, inconsistent grout in the shower, drywall on the new pantry that doesn't meet the existing wall, etc.) so basically I have absolutely nothing to show for what I paid him for in the end.
