Floor Masters went out of their way to establish an account with a manufacturer that carried the flooring we wanted. The Floor Master installers were professional, courteous and did a superb job with the installation. The house was spotless after they finished and cleaned up. Ronaldo was able to take my vision and bring it to life; which is probably not easy when I was trying to explain what I was looking for He's a bit of a mind reader. The work was done to my schedule since I wanted to paint the rooms prior to the floors installed and since I was the only painter, it took a bit longer than anticipated. No pressure. Just understanding and kindness plus many boosts of encouragement to me on my work, which I really appreciated. In the end, the work was all done with very few issues. If they did arise, we worked them out without any further concerns. Done and Done. Ronaldo has a really nice, professional crew and they are all awesome to work with.
