As the night went on, the price was whittled down to a price that was too high for us. That meeting ended abruptly due to their last moment, extremely unprofessional tactics. Another company had reasonable pricing and a nice salesman, but the product looked and felt like it was plastic instead of stone. At this point we met Adam Nye at the Jettastone office and showroom. After reviewing their options and receiving a quote that was in line with our budget, we decided to go with Jettastone to replace our shower. Donny, Tim, and Carson, were all part of the demolition and installation of our new shower. They were extremely polite, quiet and very easy to talk to when I had questions or just wanted to check out their progress. When I made a late moment decision to add Jettastone material to the outside of the knee wall instead of me just painting drywall (thank goodness we made that decision!), it made for a bit more extra work, but they had no issues whatsoever. Any details that I was concerned with were addressed immediately (because they were well aware prior to me asking). We were informed in advance as to when they would be coming to our home, and they were always on time. Adam popped in from time to time to ensure we were happy with the product and progress, and we always were. For the price we were quoted, the look and quality of their product, and the services involved, we are very happy with the results we received from the Jettastone team! It had a lot of sentimental value to her as she spent many hours with her grandmother as a child. I was able to find another piece of granite to put on the legs but she never felt it was the same. I had kept the 2 pieces after they broke. I recently had an idea to have the original marble cut into 6 smaller 6" x 6" squares so she could put them under a lamp, flower pot or outside someplace. I am going to surprise her with them on her 75th birthday this month. I contacted Granite Solutions in Webster Florida. They were very pleasant and understanding on the phone and promised to get back to me soon. They did so in about a half hour. Although I was originally not going to have it 'finished' they explained the difference to me and how much better it would look so I agreed to have them do the extra steps. Originally I had said I wanted 4 pieces but after hanging up I re-measured it and realized I could get 6 pieces out of the broken stone. They had given me a price and when I explained I could get 2 more pieces out of it they said there would be no extra charge. I felt the price was very reasonable, they were pleasant to deal with and did what I had asked for quickly. I would strongly recommend this company and if I get my countertops replaced they will be my first call.
