To anyone even considering using this place , John retired and these are new owners…read more.... I referred 2 customers to this outfit and they screwed them both up....1st customer , an easy sheet laminate install for a skilled installer....well , debris under flooring , an inch and a half of white caulking around entire house , including her oak cabinets...unfinished closets and peeling flooring...2nd customer...measured short for carpets , then brought the wrong damn carpet to the home !!!!... I canceled the carpet and they only partially refunded my customer...however , we called BOBS cash carpet and tile and they came to the rescue that day , had same carpet IN STOCK ,and installed the very next day for almost 400.00 less and with much better padding !!!...I put photos on the Facebook review of the terrible laminate job....

I visited this business and was serious about having laminate installed in my home. Anita is…read moreawesome in the store and she knows the business. Very accommodating, she sent me home with some samples so that I could "see" how the colors would look at various times of the day. I found a style and color I liked, so she scheduled Bill (I assume he is the new owner; this business was recently sold) to come out and measure. He called me on the appointed morning. Since my home is in a rural area, I tried to give him special directions, but he cut me off in mid-sentence. Then he proceeded to get lost finding my house. Geez, I wonder why... He measured my room without incident. Apparently assuming that I was a person of limited taste, Bill tried to sell me a much inferior floor for only $1400 on the ruse that "it doesn't cost much, which would be a benefit to you. " He had no right to assume what I could afford. When I went back in to the store to possibly complete my order, Anita told me that the floor would not have a full warranty because I live in a modular home and there is a seam in the middle of the house. Never mind the fact that the house has sat stable for twelve years. I decided that if I was going to spend upward of $3000 dollars on a floor that I deserved a whole warranty, not just a partial one. I have never heard of someone saying they will warrant only part of an area of the floor they install! So, I found another provider. I do not appreciate the fact that Bill would not tell me straight out that there would be no warranty in the area of the seam of my home, but left it to Anita to tell me. I don't trust this guy, and if he is that evasive with every customer, he likely will not be in business very long. Two stars because of Anita, but certainly no more. Buyer, beware.

Update: Unfortunately, RNALDI's claim for insurance coverage was denied by their insurance due to…read more"There is no coverage for property that needs to be repaired or replaced due workmanship; therefore, there is no coverage for your claim and no payments will be made. A denial letter is forthcoming. " - FrankCrum General Agency 07/23/2025. Not because they weren't responsible for the installation, but because they are not insured for negligent workmanship. To directly address their continued claim they were misled and a rogue employee performed the install, we have on camera Ricardo Naldi (the registered owner) coming to my home to bid the job, and then himself and three other employees on the following days coming in RNALDI branded T-shirts and in an RNALDI labeled vehicle to perform the install. No one was misled; RNALDI had every opportunity to inspect the site and perform an assessment of the materials to be installed. They sold us the glue and the vapor barrier as evidence by the checks they endorsed and cashed. The result of the work speaks for itself. We relied on their alleged expertise and professionalism, as well as their assurance that their work was insured. I am not sure why either Ulysses or Ricardo continue to state here misleading information or deny responsibility for the work they themselves performed. We will now pursue other options in order to remedy this situation.

The employees on our project (except for Sandra and Eva - they rock) lack attention to detail. We had incorrect doors hung on one cabinet, 2 cabinets gouged due to careless removal, and vent and plumbing cuts that look like my 5 year cut them, the hardware/fixtures where installed sloppily and crooked, our microwave vent was broken during reinstallation. We even had a guy leave for lunch and never return. Bob immediately took responsibility and brought in a gentleman by the name of Mark who fixed what he could. Fast forward to backsplash installation. I had to call the office to have the install instructions explained by Bob. We were all on the same page so I thought. After 1/2 days work the job was not completed and the tile was hung so poorly that it needs to be taken down and rehung correctly. I emailed Bob and this is the response I got: Good morning, It appears that at this point we/AHRC owe you a full credit for the backsplash. Please feel free to seek a different installer. The balance will be minus the backsplash tile credited back to you. Thank you While I appreciate the tile credit what about all the other damages? And how could you quit without even viewing how the tile was hung? I wish AHRC the best, but would not recommend for a kitchen project
