The Floor Master installers were professional, courteous and did a superb job with the installation. The house was spotless after they finished and cleaned up. We had to replace a two year old floor that was not installed properly by a contractor that remodeled our house. The floor was luxury vinyl plank that was installed improperly and failed due to improper preparation. We decided that we would not want risk another problem with the LVP and would replace it with porcelain tile. We went to Floor Master and met with Luis. We needed to match the new tile with the LVP that we were replacing.Luis knew his inventory and products and found us a perfect match.We had them do the installation and it could not have been better. What a disappointing experience we have had with FloorMasters! We purchased our carpet about a year ago and are experiencing a significant wear pattern. Thinking the carpet was dirty, we had it professionally cleaned. It wasn't dirty, the carpet was badly worn....and it's only my wife and I. Interesting, our salesperson JR, told us that I could have my guy friends over watching football every day, walk on the carpet and in 5 years it would still look good. BS! We followed up with Luis Cepeda, the sales manager several weeks ago. No response. Not totally surprising because trying to get a response from him (from the very beginning) was almost impossible. Tom at Floormasters is excellent. It took me 9 months to decide on tile and at no point during my process did he rush me to make a decision. I went to most of the other floor places around TV and either they didn't take me seriously, tried to rush me into a decision, or were overpriced. I was having my entire house done in the same tile so it isn't a decision to take lightly and one that isn't cheap. Luis and his crew did a great job installing - herringbone pattern is tedious. Our experience with FloorMasters was excellent. Luis Cepeda provided knowledgeable sales service. He asked us what we liked and didn't like about our current flooring. He showed us some floors that he thought that we might like & then he let us browse on our own. There was never any sales pressure despite our browsing on multiple occasions. The prices were great & they included the removal of the old flooring as well as new painted Shoe molding. Competitors were charging extra for that. The material was delivered a few days before the installation date. The installation team of Jeff & Garrett did an excellent job. They kept the dust & dirt during the rip out to a minimum. They were respectful of our home. They cleaned up each day. All of our appliances & furniture were moved without damage by using floor sliders. They were careful not to damage our walls while working. All of the angled floor cuts that Jeff & Garrett made were spot on. All of the Shoe molding was painted prior to being cut & installed. All of the nail holes were caulked & touched up. Jeff did nice returns on the Shoe Molding as well. We highly recommend FloorMasters! read more

We had vinyl flooring installed in our kitchen and living area. The tile has shrunk and and developed cracks between the planks. We have been dealing for over 3 months trying to get it resolved with Floormasters. They keep tossing us back and forth to the manufacturer of the tile and are horrible with followup and basically have thrown it into our hands rather than keeping any accurate records of communication. They should be dealing with the manufacturer and coming to a resolution on what should be done. Instead they have us doing all the leg work with the manufacturer. They are not very organized and we have to continually repeat everything about our situation with every phone call. read more

My husband and I just bought carpet from the Wildwood FloorMasters. our sales representative, JR Crew, was knowledgeable & personable and we enjoyed doing work with him. The installers were right on time and very professional. While they were here my husband was taken to the hospital (he had 2 stents put in his heart and is doing fine now ) so , of course, I had to leave and the installers said they would reschedule, but I trusted them and they knew what we were going through...so they kept working. They moved all of my very big and heavy furniture...they took pictures and put everything back exactly where it had been and totally cleaned up after so when I came home I could collapse and regroup. It was a very stressful situation and the very nice people I was working with helped make it a little less stressful...and I thank them all very much. The prices for the material and installation appeared to be better than most of the local tile retailers. I am not very happy with the sales staff or the installation. I purchased tile for my entire house and wanted large tiles and with a grout joint of 1/8 inch. I chose 20 inch tiles and the sales manager insured me that I could have thin, 1/8 inch, grout lines with these tiles. The tile installer informed me that these tiles require 1/4 inch because of the variation in the tile which could be as much as 1/16. Not sure why the sale manager told me that - either he does not understand the product, or he told me what I wanted to hear so he could make the sale, or the installer was wrong. Since my understanding is that the tile was not refundable, I went with what I had and used the wider grout joints. If I would of known that up front, I would of chose a different tile to get the look that I wanted - but would the sales manager give me the correct answer. The sales manager told me the installation time would be about 3-4 days. Since I was doing the whole house, I expected a small crew of installers to handle this job within this time frame. Not sure why he told me this since the installers he assigned to my job was a guy and his wife. The total time was more than a week and a half. It was tough living in the house during this time. The installers typically worked between 4 - 6 hours in a day. I also moved most of the small furniture myself and helped with some of the larger stuff. I had a tile that was much higher than the adjacent tiles by 1/8 inch. I called on Monday the the sales manager said that it would be fixed on Wednesday. I sat home all day waiting and the installer did not come. No one called to let me know. I called the following day and left a message, called again the next day and left a message, 2 more times the following day and left messages, and then 2 more times the following Monday. No one ever called me back or acknowledged my calls - all I wanted to know when were they going to fix that tile. I finally talked to another person in the office who said that she would let the owner know. He did call me back the following day and said he would talk to the sales manager and the installer. He also told me that the installer should have used special spacers/levelers that would allow the tiles to be the same level with the adjacent tiles. I decided to measure the height differences between adjacent tiles and found several that were greater than 1/16 inch. I eventually had the installer replace 6 tiles that were 3/32 inches higher than the adjacent tile - these were in the main open areas that were clearly visible. The installer used a power tool to remove the mortar under the tile. It created so much dust in the house, I had to vacuum the floors, walls, furniture, artwork, wash the bedding, ... took me 2 days. Also, I am not sure if there is a standard in height variations between tiles, but I have many tiles that are around 1/16 inch (plus or minus). I have decided to redo the calking between the tile and baseboard. The color does not match the color of the grout and looks bad. read more

We were told someone would be out shortly and Colin showed up with the truck and machine and did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet for us quickly. He was professional, courteous and friendly.
