First off, he showed up when he said he would, and did a great job of confirming our appointment ahead of time, and what to expect. Jeff arrived and did an assessment of our panels, 15 in total he could have repaired, and advised me that only 2 of them really needed any serious repairs and showed me how to lubricate the others that had been making noise. That level of honesty is what I'm looking for in a contractor, and I was really impressed. He quoted me a very fair price and went right to work to make things right again. My only regret was not reaching out sooner to have these panels fixed, rollers replace, track repaired, and made right again. I would recommend Spartan if you're dealing with door issues, and don't know where to begin. Over all I value your honesty, punctuality, and outstanding value. The doors slide like new now, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again for a great repair!
