We were referred to this place by our contractor of our new home, who said many great things about the products and service. We had ordered a very popular quartz for our island and countertops, but it somehow "wasn't in the shipment" as promised on time, and we were forced to choose another quartz in order to make our closing on time. While we were extremely disappointed in hearing the news that our custom order wouldn't be available on time and that the quartz was on back order for another month, we were able to select another quartz that was thankfully in stock. The new selection was more expensive than our original, however because of the challenge we faced with not receiving our first pick, the price was honored and we were not charged anything additional. There were many slabs to choose in their warehouse. My only complaint is the insufficient lighting in the warehouse, so the light provided does not do the slabs justice. The woman representative assisting us was very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns. Installation was prompt and looks great. read more

Sharif has LIED & DECEIVED ME FOR nearly 3 MONTHS after selling me 2 ENTIRELY DIFFERENT Quarts PATTERS from 2 entirely different Quartz MANUFACTURERS. He sold me a slab from his TAMPA store in May of 2021, because he said he had IMPORT issues. When I re-ordered the same Capricho Novo in October 2021, Sharif delivered a DIFFERENT PATTERN slab to my fabricator (Stone World) who had no idea it was fabricating the WRONG pattern. Since (i) a large portion of the October slab was on a section of the countertop on the OPPOSITE side of the kitchen as my Bar Top, and (ii) another piece was used as the top of a Coffee Table in my family room, I was kind enough to tell Sharif he ONLY had to replace the Bar Top and back splash, so it would match the May 2021 slab...comprising the MAIN section of my kitchen countertop. ALL SHARIF HAD TO DO was re-order the same pattern from the same manufacturer. First, he failed to do so on October 20th. When I discovered this on Jan. 4th when Stone World installed (after Christmas holiday busy season). Instead, he intentionally lied to me and told me to drive into Orlando in January to see if I like any of the patterns he had. I REFUSED...because he did not represent he ordered the same pattern. Sharif told me to drive in again on Feb. 5th. I refused, since he could not assure me he had re-ordered the same pattern...from the same manufacturer. Sharif then PROMISED he would be getting in the same pattern from the same manufacturer if I waited until March, then March 28th, then by the end of March. When I emailed him on March 31st expressing my frustration and disappointment, what did Sharif do...he played the same (liars poker) game: he asked me to drive in to Orlando and see if there is a pattern I liked. When I asked Sharif on March 31st to PROVE (via shipping documents), that he had been shipped and received the same pattern Quartz from the same manufacturer...Sharif had the audacity to email me the following: "If you have any problem talk to stone world!" (Stone World has NOTHING to do with this dispute). In a separate email he stated: "The only thing I can offer you to stop by tomorrow to see the slab in person." Next, he changed his approach in a separate email: "When you come in person to my warehouse I'll show the bill of landing and you will see we just release the containers from the port today." When I emailed Sharif I am not traveling to Orlando until he emails me evidence he received the SAME PATTERN from the SAME MANUFACTURER, he called me yesterday (4/1/2022) and assured the same pattern from the same manufacturer was delivered on March 28th and he had finally gotten customs to release the Quartz. I told him to prove this to me before I drove to Orlando. This morning (4/2/2022), Sharif promised to send me paperwork that verified he purchased the SAME PATTERN from the SAME MANUFACTURER when he got to his office (before I would drive 2.5 hours round trip). HE LIED AGAIN...because instead he sent an email stating: "I just talk to my lawyer about your situation and he said the only thing we can help you with just to send the slab to your fabricator and he can decide if this is the same material or not, and you don't have to come and spend your time." Clearly, Sharif has LIED & DECEIVED ME FOR nearly 3 MONTHS after selling me 2 ENTIRELY DIFFERENT Quarts PATTERS from 2 entirely different Quartz MANUFACTURERS. When given ample opportunity to disprove my assertions, he responded with empty promises that reinforced I have been lied to time and time again.
