The team showed up at my condo this a.m. only five minutes before their two hour window closed. I had a pin prick size nick in my windshield. Over an hour later, the person who was sent ot fix my tiny glass crack, I revceive a call, however he speaks no English. All I can understand him say is tomorrow. I go downstairs and confront him about why tomorrow after an hour here? And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. I call the company and they interrupt me and all they can say is: "you have to replace your glass. It is not our responsibility if things go wrong." Chris who answers the phois nice enough on the front end when scheduling, but he takes absolutely no accountability. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. If I were in a third world country I would expect this kind of "don't care...not my problm " attitude. But we are in the United States of America. They wasted my TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had my Honda Accord tinted here with LLumar FormulaOne Stratos. The installation quality…read moreitself was excellent, but I left feeling misled during the product selection process. When comparing tint options, the installer only showed me CTX and Pinnacle in noticeably lighter shades, while Stratos was shown in a darker shade. This created the impression that Stratos was the only film available in the darkness I wanted, even though all LLumar lines come in the same shade percentages. Because of this presentation, I ended up choosing the most expensive option without realizing that CTX or Pinnacle in the same shade would have looked similar and cost significantly less. The tint performs correctly, but the sales approach felt like a gimmick designed to upsell rather than inform. Overall, good workmanship but disappointing transparency

At first, I read the reviews and most of them seemed good, so I decided to use this tinting company. I contacted the company and they provided me an estimate, date and time they would install the tint on my brand new vehicle. Everything seemed to be on the up and up. Installer arrived and installed the tint on my new vehicle. I pulled my vehicle out of my garage so I could get a look at the job that was completed. That is when I noticed that the tint installer damaged the interior of my new vehicle, which had 45 miles on it. I immediately texted the number, who set up the appointment and advised her of my findings. I sent her photographs of the damage. She stated MILTON would call me and make sure the vehicle would be fixed. Milton called and said he would have his guy "Chris", who fixes interiors. Weeks go by and Chris sends me several text messages saying he is coming to my house to fix my vehicle. "Smoke Screen" to make me think MILTON actually cares about his clients. A month later and my new vehicle still has damage and CHRIS and MILTON are no where to be found. I have texted the initial person and advised her that no one has fixed my vehicle. Again, she said MILTON would make it right. "SMOKE SCREEN" again. I'm looking into potential Legal Action against the company for the damage. I have never written a bad review before but this needed to be done. Shame on you MILTON for not taking care of your customers!
