I waited several days before I wrote this review. Ryan has done some power washing for me in the…read morepast but only very basic areas like my driveway and my back patio. On Friday it was the first time that he's done my entire house. I also told him to make sure he did only light pressure on the sides of my house, etc. within a few hours of them starting, I noticed that there was no air conditioning and there was no power in the front part of my house. When he mentioned that there were four exposed wires and he attempted to cover them I didn't find that very professional. If he let me know that there were some exposed wires outside, then I would've wanted him to tell me about it and then I would've said I would've hired an electrician to fix it and then have him come back out another day. He never alerted me about that. also, something that's not even related, my air conditioning unit. They must've put some high-pressure water to it cause it hasn't been working since Friday and Ryan refuses to contact me back. I have a home warranty company, but I still have to had to pay out-of-pocket $125 for an air-conditioning tech and 4 an electrical tech to come out. Unfortunately the electrician can't come out till Tuesday and the air conditioning people are not even contacting me back this weekend so I am without air in my house and it has been 83° and I also have pets here. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. if you see a problem at someone's house, you need to stop immediately and alert them of what to do and not just keep continuing just for the money. I don't feel like this was very considerate and now I'm out here since Friday and I have no idea when the air-conditioning tech will be here. He most likely won't even call me till tomorrow. he says he is licensed and insured yet of course cannot disclose insurance information or else I'd go through them not only did I want to get reimbursed for the fees for the technician to come out. There's no way he can pay me back for the days of uncomfortable hot house for me in my pets. This is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Beware. Photo shown is at 9:45 in the morning at night. I specified to Pedro, the owner of RPC, to not use the pressure cleaner over the plants because last time they were destroyed. He assures me that my plants will not be destroyed and he and his employees will be careful. That same day, I discovered, yet again, my poolside plants were damaged by RPC. Initially, Pedro apologizes profusely and assures me that he would pay for new plants and the replanting of those said plants. I thanked him and let him know that once my poolside plants were restored, I would happily pay him the $600 service fee, as I have done multiple times over the last 5 years. Pedro brings infantile versions of the adult plants he destroyed to my home. I let him know that wasn't fair. That afternoon, I also took him around my home to show him more damage that my home incurred during his power washing services (chipped off roof tiles, missed spots around my deck, and he doused my front door light in water causing it to flicker). Pedro admitted that he and his employees did not do their best work at my home. He told me not to worry about paying the invoice, but we were going to have to sever our professional relationship. After 5 years, I was devastated. But knowing the repairs I was going to have to do to my house as a result of Pedro's sloppy work, I was willing to find another company. The next day Pedro began to send me threatening text messages that he would take me to court and that after 5 years I set up an elaborate rouse to get one free power washing out of him, which is absurd.
