NO STARS! I had to give one in order to post this review. Jasmine care to my house on Tuesday evening to give an estimate - didn't show up at all when she said she would, but after I called her she finally came over an hour late. I showed her exactly what needed doing. No bedrooms. No Master bath. Just living room, dining area, family room and kitchen, hall to the cabana bath, cabana bath, and powder room. I told her I needed the couches vacuumed and the floors (tile) done in the whole area. She looked at my etagiere and said that she didn't want to dust it because the items looked expensive, so I said I would do that. She also said that she was not willing to dust the items on top of my cabinets in the kitchen and I said ok, although I have never had a service that didn't do that before. I did tell her that the rest of the furniture needed dusting and the dining room chairs needed to be vacuumed. She asked me to clear off the counter on the island and the corner in the kitchen where there was some food stored. I said fine and she gave me a quote. She said that they would bring all their own cleaning products. First they said that they would either be here early Wednesday or they would come 8 AM on Thursday. they called at 3:30 on Wednesday and said they'd be there in 45 minutes. I said no, we weren't going to be home, and that they said either early Wednesday or 8 AM Thursday so she said ok see you in the morning. I cleared off the areas she requested, and dusted the items in the etagere. They arrived - Jasmine, to show them around, and two very pleasant women. I reminded them about the furniture needing polishing and Jasmine asked me if I had my own polish. She didn't have any with her. So the furniture did not get polished. I had a doctor's appointment and my husband stayed home. They did vacuum the couches and the dining room chairs. They vacuumed the floor - or at least part of it - but did not move the furniture and vacuum under it. They neither vacuumed or mopped the hall to the cabana bath. We have a yellow lab. I found clumps of lab hair under the couch in the family room, under the dining room table, and in the hall to the cabana bath. That hall was not even swept. They mopped, and not thoroughly in the cabana bath (sand in the corners was left there), and cleaned 1/2 of the mirror over the sink, but left the other half streaked and smudged. My husband has a recliner in the family room. It is not heavy. They did not move it or vacuum or mop under it. There is a dining area behind the kitchen. It is open to the kitchen and the family room. They did not sweep it, or mop it. When I checked the counters in the kitchen, I found crumbs behind the blender and the coffee pot. The outside of the microwave was not wiped clean. The counter near my canisters had sugar all over it and stuck on. They didn't even wipe them. No one had breakfast in the house - no one cooked or made a mess before or after they left. I have a breakfront in the family room. I opened it yesterday and dusted all the shelves and china inside it. The edges of the outside shelves are all dusty. I have a baker's rack in my foyer. It is about 2 1/2 feet wide, with 3 glass shelves. As I left I saw one of the women dusting the top shelf without removing any of the shells that were on it. When I got home I checked. All 3 shelves were dusty and they had not used window cleaner on the glass. They dusted the glass shelves on my coffee table and end table, but not thoroughly, and there are still cat footprints on the bottom shelves, which are mirrors. They did not do any sliding doors. Did not dust on top of the breakfront. I could go on and on of places I found dirt. I came home and have spent the past two hours cleaning a house that cost me a good bit to have cleaned. And my husband, being a good guy, actually gave them a $20 tip! I will NEVER use them again or recommend them. Stay away!
