Not only that, but both appointments were cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning. I work weekdays, and Saturday appointments are hard to get, so now I can't find someone to come in less than 24 hour notice without having to pay over $250. I scheduled the cleanings over a week in advance both times. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for re-scheduling us the first time. But, now I have visitors coming to stay with us and I have to clean my own 3 bedroom place...I'M ALMOST 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. If you need reliable service, and you have limited time and availability - this is not the cleaning service for you.
