I don't recommend this cleaning company, did very poorly work, inside cabinets or touched them, the floor let it more dirty than it was, the truth is that I regret having hired, I recommend Pedro things they do well or they don't!!!! I will work with personnel is not easy but if the name and reputation of you depend of this people, stay and work with them and it's necesary to making a doble check do it, don't make Lost our Time and our Money and trie to convince the people like your corp. Is the best..., there is not!!! I pay 500$ for nothing.... read more

I hired this company to do a move-in cleaning. I called this company and spoke with Karen (the assistant/lifesaver) to inquiry about the pricing & availability for someone to clean my property. She contacted Carolina (supervisor) and Carolina was at my residence within an hour to survey the property. I initially scheduled her to come the next day in the morning; however, something arised and I had to reschedule for that afternoon. Karen & Carolina were both flexible and was able to book me for that afternoon instead. Fast forward, Carolina arrived with two other helpers and they were very thorough - they were very professional and moved quick as well. I would def hire them again and highly recommend them to do the job! read more

Magic touch has gotten pretty busy and has hired a gaggle of new people to keep up with demand. Unfortunately, the quality has suffered. I have been disappointed with the past three cleanings and am not pleased of the parade of new helpers coming through my house every time. I've talked to Pedro and even provided a "list" so I don't have to re-explain with each new crew, but to no avail. We have since dismissed Magic Touch and found new house cleaners. Is this review helpful or not? Let me know. Please vote! read more

Absolutely phenomenal. This is by far the best decision I ever made. Pedro, Mariel and Marina turned my apartment upside down, and then put it back together again. They organized all my drawers, dusted, vacuumed and mopped my attic, degrouted my bathroom, reorganized my closet, refrigerator and inside my kitchen cabinets! and all this is apparently standard with the deep cleaning! They even vacuumed my dogs bed! I was blown over! I've never had a better cleaning service! They were on time, enthusiastic and really cared and listened to what I wanted. My piano bench broke and they even fixed it for me at no additional cost! Talk about going above and beyond! I will certainly have them come over and work their magic regularly, my place never looked so good! read more

I reached out to this company several times to set up an appointment...they did not get back to me.

I have been using Mr. Clean Services for several years now. They have always delivered as promised. Pedro is a hard working and honest manager of the business. Any special requests we have made have always been accommodated. They truly do value their customers, and always work hard to please the client. My family has always found them to be courteous and professional, and we highly recommend using Mr. Clean! read more

I used Mr. Clean Services to clean my daughters house in Ft. Lauderdale. They couldn't have done a better job. Everything was cleaned to sparkling; windows (inside & out), screens, floors, furniture, bathrooms, showers, baths, appliances inside and out, nothing left undone. Pedro accurately quoted the time required and took the time at the conclusion of the job to walk through the house with me to go over everything that was done. You can't go wrong with Mr. Clean Services. read more

Magic Touch did an exceptional job in cleaning my apartment. After calling for information about the service, Pedro, the very pleasant and accommodating owner, came to my unit, evaluated what was needed and made astute recommendations on what was should be done. I told him what I wanted done and he scheduled it in two days at my request and at a fair price. Pedro and his crew arrived 10 minutes early and proceeded to make my apartment look better than it has in years. I was delighted by the efficiency and end result and would highly recommend this service to those who need the highest quality in cleaning. read more

I have been using Magic Touch for over a year now. It was a good decision on my part. They came in the first time for 2 days and cleaned every inch of my home and it was wonderful. I did experience a lot of staff turn over for a while but they has since been worked out and I have the same two staff come every week and they work very hard to keep my home clean. read more

This company does what they say. Excellent cleaning. We called the after construction and they came with an army of professionals. They got the job done, quickly, and efficiently. I highly recommend them for your major cleaning. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Mr Clean Services! read more

I had very high hopes for this company. They were there for about 6 hrs as a gift for someone. The supervisor of the crew left for two hours and an item is missing from the home. I would be leery of hiring them if the supervisor leaves the scene for hours and a item becomes missing. They did not really take responsibility for the item missing. read more
