I have used them for several years with cleaning services every two weeks. Always doing an awesome job very responsive and quality. Several months ago, I tried another company for several cleanings & it made me appreciate them even more. I decided I would never try anyone else. This company was so good. Then they changed ownership. They have been so unreliable since and unprofessional. Wishy washy is no way to run a business. I have used them 33 times since 2015. Its been a year because of Covid. Its been 1.5 hour since they were supposed to be here. I texted and received a response that they are checking. That was over an hour ago. Still waiting. The last 4 visits they had been late, and not quick to respond. Its a shame because they were so good. My wife and I are expecting twin boys any day now and I wanted a really good thorough cleaning before they arrived. I certainly got what I wanted. Two very nice ladies showed up on time and did a wonderful job!! I used the first time customer deal for $99 (5 hours of cleaning, 2.5 hours with the two cleaners) and the timing worked out perfectly for our 1300 sq/ft apartment. A lot of promise but not true..Had this service and it was one excuse after another..The girls hardly speak English and untruthful when reporting to owner once a complain is submitted to owner..Always blaming client...In addition referred another family prior to this secnerio showed up 4 hours later of scheduled time..No compensation.. I scheduled Boca Cleaning Service for the day before Thanksgiving. We have been using them once a month for a couple years. That morning the owner of the company sent a text confirming the afternoon appointment. The afternoon came and they were now over an hour late so I called and texted the owner, but no answer or reply. No one ended up showing, never received a call or text apologizing and making right of the situation. He still has yet to answer any time I have called. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable and I would like to warn anyone considering using them to steer clear. If you currently use them, let this be a forewarning of what may come. I am 7 months pregnant and had to clean everything last minute (along with the help of my in laws who were in town on vacation) before the rest of the family arrived for the Thanksgiving weekend. My house isn't dirty, but I hired the company to do a service especially since I wanted to save my energy for cooking and entertaining. I actually had a completely different experience than the other reviewer had. Came across Boca Cleaning Services on Groupon as they had a deal for 3 hours for $65 - they had great reviews on Groupon but the one review they had on Yelp (from Barbara H.) made me a bit leary. However, I'm glad I took the risk as I was very happy with the services. Because of the other review on here, I made note on my appointment reservation to bring cleaning supplies for the floor -- and they showed up with all equipment for the entire apartment (mops, buckets, cleaner, squeegees, vacuum and more) and I only needed the paper towels. I was able to secure the $65 for 3 hours under their new client rate - direct from the website. They sent 3 people for the 3 hour job so they were able to complete my 1 bedroom/2 bath townhouse within an hour. The ladies were friendly, thorough and paid close attn to detail. Leide also sent regular text updates about scheduling and confirming the appointment which was very helpful. I hired this company for a simple move-out cleaning to prepare for closing on my home. They had 3 hours to do the floors, wipe down walls, wipe out refrigerator..... NOT ONE place in my home was completed. When I contacted the company regarding the job I was told they didn't have enough time to complete the job. I do not understand why they didn't have enough time to COMPLETE any room in my villa. When I complained the owner tried to SELL me more cleaning at an additional charge. I ended up cleaning myself. I started with Boca Cleaning Services by using a Groupon. I called Leide, the owner, and informed her that my Groupon had expired and she said that it was not a problem at all. They honored my Groupon and came to do a 5 hour moving out cleaning. I was so happy with their results that I hired them to clean my new home. Got the move in special. 5 man hours of work. Two girls arrived 1/2 late and left 15 minutes early. Very superficial job. Things were essentially just wiped with water. I expected that the floors would be cleaned well. They just wet the floors with a mop once and let it sit. The one girl washed some of the windows, I kid you not, using a red plastic cup of water, a paper towel, and a tiny squeegee. I had to go back and do them again. They were left all streaky. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were left just as dirty. I really don't know what I paid for. I see all the good reviews, but for me, this was a waste of time and money. read more
