Simply amazing! From the owner to the scheduling, to the in home staff, they are all great. I have been using Orchid about once a month for a thorough clean for the past 6 months or so. I always get an immediate reply for scheduling ( even when I happen to make the call at random, after hours times ) and they are always willing to make it work with our crazy schedules. Due to COVID, my husband and I are both working from home, and thought having them come during the day would be a bit difficult. IT WAS NOT. They were so kind and considerate of our work situation, and worked seamlessly to ensure every inch was spotless even with us, the kids and the dogs running around. Sonia and Carmen went above and beyond to accommodate us while doing an excellent job on our home. They continuously impress with how quickly they are able to work, while providing excellent service and superior results. I cannot say enough good about this company! Rates are very reasonable for the level of service they provide, and peace of mind that comes with having trustworthy, competent people working in your home! read more

I was recuperating from a broken hip so couldn't do much house cleaning. Could barely walk. Garbage was piling up, house a mess. Called Orchid in response to mostly great reviews on Yelp. Prompt response, same day. Emma & Tule came exactly on time. I explained my predicament & they took charge. Only had to explain once, they were so efficient. Great team. Minimum time is 2 hours, they were done with my concerns within an 1 1/2 and used extra time buffing my kitchen. With no direction from me, just their own incentive. Kudos to a well run business & the people who work there. I'm sure you'll be a success in Parkland. read more

I've had a wonderful relationship with Orchid Cleaning Services! I was looking for a house cleaning service and tried Orchid a few months ago. I'm still using them and I still give them a 5-star rating! Juan has always been terrific responding to any time changes I need to make to my regular scheduled cleaning day. He is most accommodating. Emma and her team are always on time and work non-stop while they're here. Emma takes charge and knows exactly what needs to be done. I highly recommend Orchid Cleaning Services! read more

We needed a one-time cleaning of our new condo, and then to set up recurring service. Maria and her team are awesome. They responded promptly, were able to service us the next day, showed up on time and made accommodations to their schedule to come to us earlier than they usually start. The cleaning staff, Sonia and Anina were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job! We will be requesting them for ongoing service. I highly recommend Orchid! read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was really impressed with how spic & span the house was after his crew was done & would give his company the highest recommendation! Thanks again Juan & Co!! read more

Ari and Raquel did a phenomenal job cleaning my home. They were scheduled to be at my house for 4.5 hours and ended being here for close to 7 hours! They were thorough and ensured that every room was deep cleaned. It's the first time in a year that I used cleaning services due to Covid and they exceeded my expectations! Will be using them again! read more

This company is awesome! Stop reading reviews and just use them. It's very rare to see a company this day and age with work ethic, integrity, and general customer service excellence. I'm shocked these days when someone does the right thing. It should be the norm unfortunately it's not. Well if you want the best I say look no further! read more

Easy and friendly communication to set up my service. Very professional. The team (2 ladies) that came to my home was friendly and polite. After a quick tour they jumped right in and got to work. I am thrilled with the quality of the work! I will use Orchid again and happily recommend them to anyone. read more

Everyone from Orchid who has come through our home has shown care in everything they do. Care by wearing masks (and keeping them on), care by their ability to listen to requests and following through, and care just by the kind people who come to do the work. Orchid is well organized and reliable. read more
