Robert was very good about checking in prior to completion to make sure everything was fine prior to closing the job out with his staff. The areas cleaned were cleaned well and we were able to have the same person come in repeatedly without issue. There is an initial cleaning fee after which the cleans become a standard rate which is understandable. I would recommend being put on a consistent schedule and make sure you know exactly what services you need (I.e., microwave, fridge clean etc.). Try them, relax kick back and get some help. Although Natalia was running a bit late, she definitely made up for it with her excellent customer service, communication and hard work. She consistently informed me of what she was doing in my home and asked questions to ensure the quality was great. I appreciate that she takes her time and does not rush her work. I had also requested that they use non-toxic products because I have a dog and I occasionally suffer from sinusitis. I was home about 90% of the entire time Natalia was here and I felt no irritation or allergies. Overall, I will definitely be booking with Cleanbee again and hope to always have Natalia be the go-to. Thank you for the great service.
