I am beyond impressed with Dust Bunnies Cleaning Crew, especially Jennifer! She thoroughly cleaned…read moremy home and was so pleasant, professional, gentle, and kind throughout the entire experience. Even my dogs gave her their stamp of approval--and that says A LOT! I had them put away because they are extremely nosey and I was afraid they would go crazy barking at someone new in the house. Jennifer simply said, "I like dogs, they're fine." Well, apparently my dogs liked her too! Even my little "meany," who normally does NOT like people, was following her around and practically begging for her to pick him up. I was shocked! And the cleaning? Exceptional. I have 12-foot-high mirrors in my living room and master bathroom, and Jennifer cleaned ALL of them! She pretreated and scrubbed my showers, thoroughly cleaned the toilets, dusted everywhere, and even cleaned my artificial plants. She paid attention to the little details that so many cleaning services overlook. My home looks and smells marvelous! I've hired numerous cleaning services over the years, and I can confidently say Dust Bunnies has exceeded them all. The quality of the service, professionalism, attention to detail, and Jennifer's genuinely kind nature completely won me over. I'm sold! Dust Bunnies has a new loyal customer. If you get Jennifer, you are in excellent hands!

For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. There are so many cleaner service choices out there, I don't think I will be using Carvalhos again.

So... Between COVID and some medical issues, I REALLY lost control of household chores. By my…read morebirthday in November 2021 I had really had enough and decided to treat myself by hiring a pro for a deep clean. I've never been happy when I've done this in the past, so I researched as thoroughly as I could--I looked online for what to expect, how to prep, and how to find the right professional. I read reviews for Renato, and I'm so happy I found him! His reviews were glowing on Google and Yelp. We arranged for a one-time deep clean, with the possibility of monthly maintenance cleaning if all went well. Yeah, it went well. He came out for a walk-through and we found him so pleasant, and he gave me a reasonable price, so we scheduled it. On the day, he was punctual and professional. He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? Hiring him for regular cleanings? Oh yeah. Recommend him? OH YEAH.

From your first interaction on the phone with Matt (also excellent), you know these guys are professional, accommodating, and enthusiastic abut their service. Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does! This service is on the more expensive side, but over the years I have had cleaners who have charged as much or even less and delivered far less that the end result with Renato.
