They never did what they said. They quoted the same 2 people every other week. They did that the first 2 times. After that there were people who didn't no what they were doing. On time they sent 1 person who did not even had their equipment. They sent 2 new people who broke 2 items and tried to hide one. They said their insurance company would contact me and never did. I used them as a stop gap between full time housekeepers. They were extremely communicative and efficient. They showed up on time, did a decent job, and their people were all clean cut, respectful, and English speaking (which matters! The last company I hired accidentally killed my bird when they used a cleaner you cannot use around birds after I told them not to, but they didn't speak English. So that is a big deal!). The owner of the Lake Worth company is very accommodating and worked hard to meet my difficult scheduling needs. The first time they cleaned, a manager came along. If I had more time to direct them from week to week, they could almost work as a full time permanent company for me. But since my work does not facilitate me instructing them from day to day, I need someone full time that I can train once. The biggest thing that sets them apart from other cleaning companies is the caliber of people they employ. You can tell their screening process is rigorous. I would recommend them highly. read more

The crew leader called to make sure that they could arrive early. It was fine. The crew lead arrived first. Then the 2nd clearner. Then the 3rd. I didn't like that they arrived separately. I genuinely don't understand the positive reviews here. Communication was good with Cortney, via text and we organized an extra deep clean (tenants leaving and needed an extra special clean). They confirmed a price of $120 for a regular clean but I made it clear I didn't care about cost or time it just needed a thorough clean. They confirmed appointments after mine would be blocked out so they could concentrate. After it was done I received a text to say only a regular clean was necessary but charged me $150. I paid but because I am based on NY I couldn't see it myself, had to trust them. We listed the unit and the immediate feedback from potential renters was that it "stinks and is filthy". This alarmed my realtor who drove over and send me pictures. Quite honestly how anyone thinks they cleaned this apartment is beyond me. grime on kitchen surfaces, in sinks, it didnt have a regular clean let alone a deep clean. I spoke to Cortney who said she would send out someone to "fix it". As I received more and more pictures of the apartment I told her not to bother. I only write this review to ensure other people like me do not get tricked into using this company. We have recently hired luxury maids service of palm beach and I highly recommend anyone wanting a professional company who wont trick you (for the same price) to seek alternative options.
