We contacted Curly Tail Screen & Window to have some of our 34-year old windows fixed. They were very helpful and informative from the minute that Kristen answered the phone. Once we gave them the contract, it had expanded to new screens on our front door and patio doors, and they did an excellent job. Their price was more than fair for the work they did. Winter in Florida is the time to have screen doors open to the fresh air, and it's been wonderful. Kristen and Sean were very professional and Sean went above and beyond to make sure the patio screen doors fit perfectly. Thank you, Curly Tail Screen & Windows! I got in touch with Kristen to help with a difficult sliding glass door at my mother's home in Palm Beach. They were super responsive and came out to give me a quote the same day. We were worried we would have to replace the whole door, a very expensive proposition. But Curly Tail assured me they could clean the runner and replace the wheels and it would be fine. They came out two weeks later when they said they would, were very communicative every step of the way, and now (for an extremely reasonable price) we have a sliding glass door that in fact is truly like new! Wonderful family business - thank you! read more

Mostly, I left messages and never heard back from any of them except maybe one other screen repair place, and they provided a very expensive quote without ever seeing what neeed to be done. . Not only did Curly Tail answer my calls, they came by for a consultation. Scheduled an appointment to do the repairs, sent me e-mail reminders and best of all...actually showed up on time. Repairs were complete within a few hours and so far...everything looks great. read more

Curly Tail came out and took care of a number of ripped screens on our home in Wellington and did a superb job! They were timely, showed up when expected and communicated with us through the entire process.
