After an absolutely atrocious experience with a different company where we were nearly scammed, we were very hesitant to move forward with such a big project. Then we stopped by Window and Door Replacement Company and met Andrew. From the start, he was pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through every step, explained each product in detail, and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also explained the contract clearly and was always informative and prompt, but never pushy. He made sure we understood everything and never left anything unclear or unexplained. We honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. After what we had experienced with the other company, finding a company we could trust, along with someone like Andrew who made the entire process easy and comfortable, meant a lot to us. If you're looking for quality, knowledgeable service without the pressure or hassle, look no further. We highly recommend Andrew and Window and Door Replacement Company! read more

Install hurricane windows and sliders.company. They installed our hurricane high impact sliders and windows. I have had hurricane windows installed by another company at a different location and, while they were very good, they were not as good as the professionals at W&D. Fom Andrew Barone in sales helping to pick the right product, to the final conclusion with Project Manager Patrick McClellan, everything went smoothly. Perhaps most importanly was the actual work done by the crew lead by Nasal. The crew was neat, efficient, professional and respectful. The window and slider work was meticulous and the clean up was just as good. All the permitting and inspections went flawlessly with no effort by us, the customer. Clearly would highly recommend. read more

Window & Door Replacement Company - Windows Installation Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

I am so glad that I checked with numerous companies and didn't settle. WDR did a job that was not only reasonable in price but was absolutely perfect in product and installation. The installation team worked together like a fine tuned machine, they did perfect work and when they left the place was spotless. The project manager kept me apprised of every step, I never had to call them , they called me. My five sliding doors now look great and work perfect. read more

We live in Boca Raton and just got our window up. It's pretty. I want to mention this has been a very smooth process for us. We shop around and they provide the best price. I want to give my thanks to my sale man Corey O Daniel and Bryan Bogard the team manager and installation guys( good son and his papa). Thanks you for their work. If I have another house I still go with them. Just keep in mind this is a long process bz they need to order the window and it can't be fast. So don't have your hope so high that it will be done in a month then you will be happy as I am. read more

Window and Door design center in Jupiter was excellent. From beginning to end the service was superb. Workers were great, hard-working and neat. The manager Tyler came periodically to the job to make sure everything ran smoothly. This place knows what they're doing. Very reliable. We highly recommend. I'm a very fussy customer, actually a pain in the neck (due to bad experiences.) but felt fully comfortable. Everyone was super professional, from showroom, sales, to installers. Living in a 95-year-old Mediterranean home and faced with what seemed like an overwhelmingly large-residential impact window and door replacement project (20 windows and doors), after extensive research, I hired "The Window & Door Replacement Company." Words don't describe how much I appreciate the project manager, Patrick, and the installation team leader, Nsal, and the workmanship, professionalism commitment to ensuring that every detail was managed effectively and on time. Patrick, Nsal, and the crew demonstrated excellence and great respect for my home. I highly recommend this team for any project! I now have peace of mind and security. Thank you, Sonda R read more

The installation team of Jr3G is what made this a good experience. If we have additional doors and windows installed in the future we'll only request this team to handle the installation again. They're probably hands down the best contractors we've had with any of our home projects. On time each day and worked very efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. They were very particular with keeping things clean during and after the job was complete. They take great pride in their skilled labor. As for the windows. We're happy with them but the primary reason for the purchase was to drown out as much road noise from the turnpike as possible. It did help some and although I know you're not going to eliminate it all together, I would of hoped to had a little better results. The windows and doors look great and it'll give us the storm protection we were lacking but I'll continue the search for something with a higher STC rating in the future. Thank you Jr / 3G's for making the installation a pleasant experience. You guys simply raise the bar for everyone else. read more

This company does its work with great care and professionalism. From the management to each worker, they do what they say they will do and conduct themselves with respect for their work and the customer. We had every door and window in the house replaced, many custom sizes. There wasn't a single issue. Most of all, the job coordinator was really reliable, responsive and nice. Purchasing impact windows for our 2 story home was big investment and my husband and I shopped several companies before deciding on the Windows & Doors Design Center. I was impressed with their customer service and there price was competitive. Corey our salesperson was very professional answering all of our questions and explaining in detail the product and process. Justin our Site Manger could not have been any nicer. He definitely knows his craft and his attention to detail while supervising the installers was very professional. He made sure they stuck to their schedule and left my house just as clean as when they arrived. He made the comment when he started the job if the customer isn't happy then he didn't do his job! Well we couldn't be happier with the product and the company We highly recommend. read more

I honestly do not know where to begin with this review. We contracted with WDRC in May of 2019 to replace all of the existing windows in our condominium with hurricane safe windows. We chose WDRC despite the fact that they were by far the most expensive quote we received. They were a full $15,000 over our next closest quote!! They assured me that their products were far superior in terms of looks and quality and safety. They had excellent reviews, and since windows are a long-term investment, we decided this would be money well spent. I was so convinced that I also got my in-laws to use their services. Right off the bat there were issues since, for reasons I have yet to understand, the address that the check needs to go to is not the address on their letterhead. This resulted in a lost check, a delay and a stop-payment charge by my bank. We got that squared away, and I thought we were on our way. The windows were ordered and installed, however there were missing parts. Since then I have been jerked around endlessly. In December of 2019 I was told that one part arrived and the others would be there shortly. Literally, every time I have called since then I am told the exact same thing and given a new estimated date. It is now two years and 4 months later and I STILL DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE PARTS INSTALLED AND STILL DO NOT HAVE A FINAL SIGN OFF! My in-laws had issues with major delays as well, and the door to their balcony still doesn't stay closed without a chair in front of it!! All of my contact people have since left. It's a different person each time who gives me a different delivery day. (Keep in mind, this started way before COVID, so that excuse doesn't work.) I am at my wits end with no end in sight other than to consider legal action to compel performance. To be continued. In any event, STAY AWAY!!! read more

We just got our windows and doors put in and can't be happier! They are beautiful! The installers, 3G were fantastic! Our project was more difficult than a normal project as we replaced double windows with a sliding glass door in our living area. The trash was removed, plastic covering to the ceiling, debris was sweep up constantly . I would recommend Windows and Doors Replacement company to anyone that is interested in replacing windows and doors. The project manager and 3 G's installers worked extremely well together and project manager stayed on the job to make all went well. Project manager kept us informed at all times on what to expect. Project manager and 3G's. 6 stars to all! So happy! read more

It was a pleasure working with this company. From the estimate to final installation; these folks were amazing. If you are looking for impact windows or doors, I highly recommend Window & Door Replacement. Their sales rep Geoff is very knowledgeable. Their project manager Tyler is customer service focused. Someone came to my house (had to call twice to schedule) to measure. Spent all of 15-20 minutes measuring and then asked me if I had any questions. I was somewhat stunned as the two other vendors I'd met with spent at least 1 1/2-2 hours going over products asking questions, taking notes and measuring. The rep suggested I visit their showroom, which I did. Another rep showed me around and answered my questions. When the rep that came to my house was free, he came over and we talked about what I was looking to do and said he would have a quote to me by the end of the week. Again, he didn't write anything down. That was almost 2 weeks ago and no quote. I've never had a company work so hard at not wanting my business. Wow. read more

I couldn't be happier with the job that was done! Right from the beginning, this company proved to be represented by a group of very professional individuals, who all did their part to do an Amazing job! Corey in sales is the reason I even went with this company. He followed up with me and was very knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I wanted for a good price. The project manager, Justin, never missed so much as a phone call. He acted very genuinely and maintained good professionalism throughout the entire project. He had a great working relationship with his installers, which is probably why they did such a fantastic job. Everyone who showed up at my home was respectful and polite, worked diligently and kept the area as clean as possible during the install. I highly recommend this company and the people who work for them. read more

We wanted an estimate on our sliders and after a close friend with very high standards highly recommended Mirne and Ro with Window & Door Replacement Company, they came to our home and really took their time speaking with us, explaining in detail what needed to be done to correct issues with our sliders. Not only are they true professionals, they honestly care and actually possess integrity. Should we ever need anything done with our windows and doors, we will most DEFINITELY be returning to Mirne and Ro with Window & Door Replacement Company. Thank you, Mirne and Ro, for your honesty and integrity, you WILL be blessed! read more

We had "new" French doors two sets installed last August. I should have known to cancel the order go somewhere else when the sales guy and to come remeasure three times. The staff turnover at this company is just one of the many issues we had. The doors where installed wrong, warped and wouldn't work right. It took us until Last week (now April) 8 months to get them fixed.... and guess what.... now one doesn't lock at all. Trying to get anyone to call me back speak with a manager is impossible. They also screwed up a window install at my moms condo. I could go on and on... I finally just spent even more money to have a contractor come fix the doors. I would not recommend this company. read more

We had three hurricane doors installed by WDRC and we are very happy. From Will the sales consultant to John the project manager to the guys who did the installation, everyone was professional, friendly, hardworking and eager to please. We're delighted with our new windows and doors. We went from a house built in 1990 with very limited storm protection, poor noise insulation and energy efficiency to a well-protected, quiet, and energy efficient house. Plus it looks fantastic. After doing a great deal of research on impact window/door products and dealers (and going to home shows), I contracted the Window & Door Replacement Company in Jupiter. Of the six companies I attempted to get presentations and bids from (two never showed), I was most comfortable with them. Rolando "Ro" Romero & John McGovern were instrumental in getting this job completed in a timely, professional manner. I enjoyed working with them, I love my new sliding glass doors and window, and recommend them without hesitation! read more

UPDATE: I've updated the review to 4 stars because the company, and particularly Ro Romero has demonstrated a commitment to completing the job and standing up to their promises. Ro continued to follow up with me and had a separate stucco contractor come and fix the job the installers had done. He also personally checked all of my windows and screens and made a detailed punchlist and sent out a crew to take care of any and every issue I had. Thank you, Ro! read more

We could not have been happier with the service we got in replacing our old windows for beautiful new ones. Gerry, and the whole team, at Window and Door Replacement was terrific from start to finish. From the initial estimate to the time when the last window was installed, it was quick, painless, professional, and thorough -- and my air conditioning bill has dropped by $100/month!!! I set up an appointment for a sales rep to come to my home and give me a quote for replacing every window in my house with impact windows. At 25+ windows/40+ openings it's a decent sized job and all quotes from other companies have been in the $35-45K range. The guy that came out measured everything and then proceeded to kind of blow off my questions as though he were in a rush. I asked about making changes to the current style and he just said "I'll just quote you for what you have now and we can deal with it later." When he left (on a TUESDAY) he said, and I quote: "I'm totally slammed right now but I'll try to get you a quote by the end of the week or the weekend. If for some reason you don't hear from me by the weekend, you've got my card, just shoot me a text or an email with a quick reminder." I did not remind him and it is now Friday of the FOLLOWING week and not a word from him. We have obviously chosen another company that wanted our business. read more
