I had a $10,000 French door with sidelights replaced this Spring. I cannot get anyone at Statewide to return my calls about some minor issues. The installers were out of Fort Meyers and though overall I was pleased with the quality of their work, they arrived 5 hours late for the after-inspection clean up/ caulking because their schedule was so jammed. I had to wait- I had to call- no one advised me they would be late. The dispatcher was clueless. You would think someone could pick up the phone to return a call but everyone is too busy. Also if you are planning to use MySafe Florida Home, they are absolutely zero help with that. Quite disappointing. I wish I had researched this a bit more and got a locally based company instead. read more

Statewide replaced four windows on my home about a month ago. My neighbors have asked when windows would be finished. Told them that's how Statewide does it. They are not responsible for damage and repairs caused by installation. The stucco around the outside of the windows is damaged and can be seen from across the street. The estimate to repair the damage by stucco company is $1400. There is also a serious lack of communication by all the different parties involved. At one point, I received an erroneous email saying I had breached my contract! read more

Poor customer service! Project manager does nothing to help the customer other than say you signed a contract. He doesn't even come out to the site. Installers damaged exterior accents, broke 2 marble window sills and told me to buy new ones at Home Depot because they are not responsible for any damage caused by them per the contract. Salesman measured wrong on a window. 15 inches too tall. Charged me for the oversized window but then remeasured it correctly but refused to adjust the price down from the original wrong measurement with cost me an additional $800. The installation process we were shown on video did not happen. Also all alarm sensors wiring was ruined by the installers. They claim they don't do anything about the alarm wiring. I do NOT Recommend statewide windows and doors. They love saying "that's the way it is" Starting with the salesman, they promise you the world and don't deliver. The project manager DeShawn even told me it didn't matter what the salesman did said or promised. Beware of this company! read more

Well - we tried, we tried to give them a chance to make things right but the FOURTH tech just left and I am just over it. Now we go after them through the finance company. Do NOT hire these people... why?? Here is my experience: Sales - salesman was nice, promised us the techs are professionals and leave the installation area clean. Lies, was a complete mess. Normally I understand but based on salesperson's representation, I was disappointed. Also ordered a BEAUTIFUL door and satellite with a really nice design. Glass in the door is backwards and the satellite window has NO design - from the street big black mass, from inside, beautiful, but no one sees that. Discussed with Statewide - their response (get ready for this because this is their excuse for EVERYTHING)... you signed the contract and that is what was stated in the contract.... Um, sorry, we looked at a photo and said we want this, I guess we should have been door install experts to understand the orientation??? (Pictures attached) Installation - they came to measure TWICE before ordering etc... came to install and exterior opening won't fit the door... they will put in molding to resolve for an EXTRA amount.. um, why did this NOT come up during measure?? Door issues: Satellite does not have a design - oops, not feasible per project manager. Sorry, they offered the money back - still waiting Satellite door is installed crooked. Their response... it passed inspection, not our worry now Bottom door lock won't work - fixed after 4 visits Too door frame is loose - per the FOURTH tech on this issue - the frame is cut short (will see if this gets resolved) Garage door has gaps - needs wider weather stripping - supposed to have been fixed on the last 2 visits, tech today STILL doesn't have the correct stripping to resolve, not fixed This has been the biggest nightmare of my homeowner experience.. I see now that they are no longer on Facebook and have moved to just instagram.. wonder why.... DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!! read more

Replacement sliding doors and windows with their impact resisting products. Not a good company at all. Their installation services are are as if amateurs are doing the work. Example: impact sliding doors - missing key brackets, missing screws, screws partially screwed and at angles leaving the work poor quality and unfinished. Major gaps at the door thresholds allowing rain and insects to easily enter the hone. They made no effort to remediate the issues, none!!!! Value - overpriced for seriously inferior installation and support. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY read more

Job #7884. Nearly 10 months in and my entry door is still not resolved. The door arrived damaged, and both panels are now being replaced. During the city inspection, the inspector pointed out a concern about how the door threshold was left in relation to my floor and indicated it should be corrected. I'm not a door installer -- I relied on Statewide's expertise and assumed the work was done right, so I was surprised when the contractor pushed back instead of addressing it. In my experience, communication was disorganized: their crew did not show up for scheduled inspections on more than one occasion, and recently I was told an inspection was canceled when the city inspector still came. They also left their ladder on my property multiple times and were slow to respond when I called. Based on my own experience, I would not recommend this company. read more

Warning & Be Careful with Statewide Windows Doors. I have bad luck with Statewide Windows Doors. This is my experience and what happened to me with Statewide Windows & Doors INC. I have been Texting and calling Joel Almeyda/Product Specialist (786-516-8195) since August 5, 2025, without luck. He has been avoiding talking with me about the pictures and the brochure of the windows (Low-E 366 INSULATING DUAL PANE GLASSWIT ARGON) that he sold me the day he was in my home (July,8 ,2025) On the day he offered me 3 samples and option of the Windows and he sold me with the videos, demonstration of the windows number 3, the low-e 366 is an advanced, high-performance Low-E glass with a triple silver coating designed for year-round energy efficiency, balancing solar control (rejecting summer heat) and high visible light transmission, while blocking 95% of UV rays to prevent fading, making it ideal for all climates and meeting ENERGY STAR. The crew member of your team was at my home on Friday 5, 2025 explaining to me that the windows that they installed in my home were incorrect ones and talked with Mrs. Sashana Vassell over the cellphone explained to her about the Incorrect windows. I know that Mrs. Sashana Vassell told me that she sends an email internally through Statewide Window & Doors explaining to me my concern about the windows being sold to me. And only answer I received from the general manager Andrew Goldsmith was: See your Contract "it is what it is in the Contract." He did not call me or give me any explanation, only he cares about the money that his company can get from customers. After 3 months the Windows's are not look Tinted Gray and the seller told me that from the outside can no see anything to inside. What a scam is it the seller and the company and I have not received any call from no one from Statewide Windows. read more

This company is a total scam. They could not comply with the HOA regulation on accepted window frame color(silver) and did not return my deposit saying I agreed to a white frame. This is totally false as I am a long time resident and know perfectly well what the HOA rule is. DO NOT hire this company!! I've seen zoo animals better organized than these people. My experience with them was all troubles. The only satisfaction we had was with the installers, they were really good and professional. The project manager, Kasia, pronounced (Kasha) has zero clue on how to communicate with her customer and within their own company! The lead project manager, can't remember his name, was no help either. It took them over a month to install 9 windows, 1 sliding door and 1 front door. I won't get into the fine details because this review would take a very long time to read so I will spare you readers the agony. The installers are still here at the time I'm writing this review and it's 10:31 pm on Wednesday 9/9/26. One of the installers told us that corporate did NOT tell him what had to be done, if he was told before the work started then he would've had another 1 or 2 helpers come. His words not mine. 0 STAR-but not offered: Horrible/Sloppy install and Customer Service after I had all my windows and sliders replaced on 6/6/25. My house was a complete mess, chipped my floor, paint on walls, wallpaper etc. Chunks of concrete everywhere and took the broom from my front porch, Windows were left filthy inside and out, sticky after stickers off, over kill on caulking everywhere on sills, on windows etc. The crew they sent to me did not speak English, they had kids on ladders instructing them how to caulk on outside. Beside this horror the garage window does not stay open, they came back on 8/22/25 with a new spring, less then a few weeks later it is worse, falls down 50% after opening it. Despite numberous emails to them and a girl Sashana saying each time i will get back to you tomorrow, tomorrow never comes, In addition despite all alarm connections ,moved out of their way prior to install they cut one of the wires and I had to get a wireless connectin installed for $50, the refuse to pay or acknowledge it,. If you're considering Statewide please read this review, I have had a pretty poor experience with this company that could happen to you. I wasn't going to write this review but my experience so far has lead me to no other choice. It's been a problem with this company throughout their entire process. Estimate: I received my initial estimate which was to high so I didn't move forward, I was then contacted by Steve Burke one of their sales people claiming he was their VP or someone in a higher position. He came out and I went over everything that I was looking for in the windows which was Low E and windows with a sash lock. We went back and forth on pricing several times, he almost wouldn't take no for an answer. He was able to reach a price I was comfortable moving forward with. I assumed I would get everything I asked for. After he left I looked at the estimate again the next day and noticed that it was all over the place, it had some windows as white, some as bronze. It also had some windows as low e and others as tinted gray, I had to call a couple of times to have the estimate corrected. He also upsold me on a door with a 3 point lock which I hate by the way and actually tried to back out of but was told this was the way to go. In hindsight I realize in all his efforts to adjust the estimate to make it cheaper my wants were lost in translation. Installation Day: When the installers came in and brought the windows I noticed they had the wrong locks. They had vent latches I tried calling them to go over the issue but they won't correct it because it's on the estimate, the problem was at the time I didn't know what a sash lock was or a vent latch. They offered to give me an estimate for the correct locks which I'm still waiting for until this day. The other issue that happened was the installers told me that they might brake some window sills but if they did that they would let me know so I could buy some to fix it. I was fine with this but the problem was they broke 4 of my window sills and didn't tell me anything about it. I called them to go over this issue and they agreed to send someone at a later date to fix the window sills. After Installation: After they sent someone to my home to finish the drywall, inside caulking, and to fix my window sills. They sent 1 person to work on 10 windows and 4 sliding glass doors including the sills, this man was in my house until about 9-10pm which everything I feel was rushed. They also replaced my front door handle because it didn't sit straight it drooped downwards an issue I'm still having. 3 Months Since Install: At the time of the review I still haven't received an estimate for the correct window locks that I assumed I was getting part of the windows I ordered. Since then my inside caulking on my sliders are all starting to crack which looks terrible. I'm still waiting for them to schedule to have someone come out and fix the caulking and issues with my door handle. This process has been non stop emails and calls. This is my 2nd time installing windows with 2 different companies, out of respect I won't mention other company but they were miles better than Statewide. I urge you to not fall for their fancy social media posts with houses looking amazing because it's all BS. Maybe that's the case with the multimillion dollar homes they work on but if you have an average home I would definitely look for windows elsewhere. read more

The quality of the windows and sliding glass doors are cheap, the windows leak air and definitely don't lower the sound from outside. Condensation accumulates on the inside of the glass. Do not do business with these people! Joey, a sales rep in Central Florida, is awful. He will stop responding to your communications after you've signed the paperwork. Even before that, he showed up to every appointment late without even letting us know he was going to be hours late to show up. Totally ruined our weekend plan. We had to cancel our window job order 2 days after we signed the papers because of an unexpected situation, he assured us that we were getting our $500 back because we canceled within 3 days and told us to lookout for an email from the company finalizing our cancellation. One week later and no email or response. We've tried to get in contact with Joey every day for a week and he just ignores our messages. As of 6-5-2026 my roof that was supposed to be done by 6-6-2026 is on hold because Statewide failed to notify us that the inspector from Palm Beach county is not available until 6-8-2026. So, here we are left waiting another 5 days for completion. My husband has been communicating with'Jessica' who apparently knew but waited until we called her this morning to notify us. Interesting enough, when I thanked the hard working crew and said 'see you tomorrow ' they all said 'no'...they even knew the project was on hold. I called Statewide and was on hold for 20+ minutes before I very nice customer service representative ' Geri' was able to give me some answers. I am beyond disappointed...to me their advertising is not truthful...honest, reliable and over 500 so called good reviews with a 2 star rating i just saw...I certainly hope this is in no way a sign of what's to come...ALL the roofing companies out here and I am feeling like this was a really bad choice...and of course Statewide is placing the blame on the inspector...I will 100% leave another review when my roof is completed...whenever that is...anyone else have a similar experience??? And to make this even worse...I have out of town guests coming in on Wednesday. Its embarrassing and I am disgusted. We were NOT told that it would take this long. I am sure Statewide doesn't care at all. A sale is a sale...its business. Buyer beware read more

replaced all my windows and doors including sliding glass doors I decided to give them 5 stars even though there are a couple of things they have done for me YET I hope because it's been since January 2026 that they still plan on doing it? But I really don't know? Even without it, they are beautiful and I feel protected! All that said they should do what they said they would ! Would like to start with I applied for a Grant, Florida Florida safe Homes The way it works is you have to buy the windows outright or loan before you can get a grant That can be a little nerve-racking because you never know if you're gonna get the Grant or not I found them in the web One of the things I liked was was they had good sales in windows and they work with all grants‼ I called in and I believe I talked to Rachel? Not 100% sure but from that point on Rachel was our point person Everything pretty much went through Rachel from that point on They sent a sales person that same night I was shocked because they are frim Boca Raton and I live in Kissimmee, but now in hindsight, I guess they have sales reps all over the state The sales man Phil I love him like I love Rachel Phil's knowledge of the product was off the chart. I really dislike it when I know more about the product than The sales person with Phil this was not true He had samples and they were so beautiful and in my house they are We ended up going with them and I will use them again in the future For my rental house Saving to pay cash for that lol From that point on Phil and Rachel kept in touch Let me know the status I don't remember that exact timeframe but I do remember Rachel telling me it would be ready before the start of the year Told me wife" yeah right during the holidays" Sue enough they were ready to do it December 27 I asked for 3 more weeks because family and holidays I was ready for them to say we need so it now but they didn't Installation day I was ready for a S... show but no Victor and his crew showed up at the beginning of the time frame As happy as we were with Phil and Rachel even more happy with Victor and his crew I can't put in words how good it was He told us what to except His workmen ship was in credible If anyone has gotten new windows it s a really big job They were 98% done installing the windows in in one day The whole next day was for the details The compliments, we are getting from people are so nice My wife said she feels like we got a new house I'm so so happy with my widows The sliding door is so heavy Feels like a very high quality Material The next step is just as important Working with the grant I was definitely a nervous Willie Rachel and her coworker Sorry don't remember her name :( Did all the paper work correctly It took a few months to get the grant but NOT because of statewide Rachel took all my phone calls about the grant sent me EVERYTHING I needed to get the grant It just takes time for the grant paperwork to go through inspections That being said if there was no grant I would still get the windows through them The peace of mind of Florida weather The Electric bill is so much lower They are a great company So now I'll say what we are not happy with 3 screens never showed up and 2 windows need some Caulking, yes I could do the caulking myself, but I don't think I should have to plus maybe it's A special caulking? Our Installation was January 21st Today is May31at As good as Rachel was with keeping us informed and helping with the grant i can't say a bad word about her Since the help with he grant it's been radio silence Maybe she don't work there anymore but no one is answering me about it So why the 5 stars I know so many people that had home improvement and would of been thrilled to have our Experience I just don't get why they couldn't at least send them through the mail ? Victor sent n a work order Rachel had me send pictures and Phil has send emails The only person i've heard from since the beginning of February is Phil Still beautiful windows , Quality work OVER all happiest is out standing ‼ Think if you use them you will be very happy Also don't thinkI mentioned a very fair price Statewide windows and doors Would recommend anyone using read more

We have had the worst experience we have ever had with ANY contractor in over 40 years of home ownership and home projects with Statewide Windows, aka Statewide Impact Windows, Statewide Home Improvement, Statewide Roof Windows Doors, just to name a few. Oh, sure the sales pitch drew us right in, but beware!!, the info you are presented with is all lies! You will never hear from your salesman (snakeoil, imo) again, you will not get a return call, you will wait for MONTHS for your project to start, for it to only drag on for more months trying to get everything completed. I truly did not want to write a second review, but this company has left me no other option. We hired Statewide for what should have been straightforward work, and months later it is still not finished. We have asked repeatedly for a clear timeline for the remaining items and have received no response. We even provided a firm deadline of December 1, and they still failed to follow through. They have now come out three separate times to fix the stucco around the new windows they installed, and it is still poorly done. Even the painter we hired said it was the worst stucco job he has ever seen. He told us he couldn't even use a paintbrush because the stucco texture was so uneven -- he had to use a special roller just to make the paint go on at all. To make matters more concerning, one of their subcontractors showed up and told us he had been "warned about us" before coming. When I asked what that meant, he said the company told him we had filed a BBB complaint (which is true) and that he needed to "be careful." This is incredibly unprofessional, and it shows how this company treats customers who simply want the work they paid for done correctly. On top of that, one of the newly installed window panes has a visible crack, and Statewide has not acknowledged it or offered to fix it. Despite all of this, we still owe them about 1400, and they offered only a $400 credit, which doesn't come close to covering the issues their work has caused. We've requested a timeline for finishing the remaining items -- the broken soffit, the interior wall texture repairs, and the cracked window -- and have received nothing. I filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) because homeowners need to be aware of what they are walking into. I honestly do not understand how this company has a rating above 4 stars on Google. It does not reflect the quality or professionalism we have experienced. I never wanted to post a review like this, especially as a person of faith, but I also believe in telling the truth to protect others. Please learn from our experience -- I strongly recommend you do not use this company. ***How this company has decent reviews on Google, I will never know..look at Yelp...I should have looked here first. read more

Terrible. Mistakes every step of the way that included several days taken off work for no reason. The issues below are several of the ones we experienced on a 6 window job. * issues with how the contract needed to be signed that were not disclosed, and as a result, delayed signing. * gross delay of the window installation- ordered 6 windows on 10/24/24 by way of signature of the contract and installation occurred May 14, 2025, close to 6 months later with no update till we contacted them. * when installing, they did not bring the correct window for one of the bedrooms, so we were delayed another over a month wait for the final window; * inspector was supposed to come and never did, and we did not receive notification until we inquired around 5:00 PM that day, despite Michelle telling us she would keep us posted; * inspector finally came on 8/20 and identified the need for an as-built letter and the wrong sketch, because of more mistakes on Statewide's part; * We have been told by the county that at the end of October, which is the end of the two-month period for the expired permit, we will be fined. Turn the other way. Seriously, don't even think about it. We are at risk of being fined by the county because of them. read more

Nov 22nd update for our ongoing drama with Statewide. Nov 8th they finally came out to fix the incorrect installation of our sliding doors and correctly install them Florida code. The installer told us he took pictures of all the installation steps to send to the inspector. The inspector shows up Monday morning Nov 10th, no photos had been sent he would have failed the work ( for the 4th time) if my husband hadn't told him he watched them do the work. Like we really know, we weren't standing over them the whole time. They did send me the photos days later for my files. Now, instead of getting the guys back out here to do the finish work( basicly ad trim, screens, clean the windows and remove the stickers) they only want final payment( wishing now I'd went ahead and did the financing, because they would be all over my job to complete to get the entire amount of money, sometimes it's not smart to pay cash). Spoke to Julian on Tuesday Nov 17th about our total situation. I did ask for a reduction of $1000, for all the stress, frustration and anxiety. I was told they had done enough by replacing the drywall which had to be removed to place the metal in so the doors could be installed properly. Was told they paid $2000 to repair the drywall. If I'd known that I would just said take the $2000 of my bill and I'll have it repaired for way less than that. Contractors really think customers are stupid, It wasn't $2000 worth of repairs. Well here we are Nov 22nd , 5 days away from Thanksgiving, 11 months into the project and still not finished. All they want is their final payment( which I'm happy to pay when the job is completed). In the meantime I have guest coming for Thanksgiving, my house can't be painted in time to look pretty( yes, it's important to me). I'll end up cleaning and removing g the stickers myself( but still have to pay them for doing their job). They could have been here to finish any days Nov 17th-20th, 22nd, been paid and finished with us. PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company!!! I would give Statewide a negative rating if the system would let me. I purchased 13 replacement windows for our condo. We chose ES Windows, which is an excellent product. Unfortunately, Statewide ordered the windows incorrectly. Instead of reordering the windows, Aaron Barnes, the owner of Statewide, claimed Statewide could perform a rework allegedly recommended by ES, and the windows would be corrected like new with no defects. The rework left the glass panes of the windows severely scratched. The owner, Aaron Barnes, has not responded to my multiple concerns regarding the issue. In fact, he has not even bothered to visit our home and see the condition of the windows. I would highly recommend ES Windows, but would never recommend Statewide. On October 29, 2024, I entered into a contract with Statewide Windows and Doors for the installation of 5 windows. On February 28, 2025, they pulled the permit for the window installation and finally installed on May 14th. On 8/20/2025, the inspection was conducted, and the county gave the disposition of "rejected work". They cited concealed work and the sketch they provided did not match the work because they changed an additional window from what appeared on the sketch. On 8/27/2025, the permit expired. The county requested an as built letter and new sketch to reflect the additional window. On 8/27/2025, after contacting Statewide Windows & Doors, I received an email from project manager Michelle Garza stating that, " the revision request has already been submitted, and we are currently waiting for the building department's review and approval. In addition, we've requested the as-built letter from the engineer. I will provide you with any update as soon as we have a timeframe for receiving the necessary documentation and can move forward with rescheduling the inspection". It's been over a month, nothing has moved forward in the process, and we are facing a fine from the county at the end of this month if not resolved. Ms. Garza is currently dodging our calls and has not provided any update. I filed a complaint with the fl dept of professional business regulation and better business bureau. Please STAY away from this company. DO NOT do any business with them. They are crock. Charged an arm in a leg for the windows. Never delivered them. Then sue for the whole price of installation. read more

Actual windows are nice. installers did very sloppy work leaving a lot broken glass outside, glass shards left in hurricane shutter tracks rendering them unusable, cracked window sills (owners responsibility), sloppy caulking around windows outside, cigarette butts thrown in yard. Project manager seemed understanding at first saying the "home should be left in same condition when they leave as when they started ". The install was nearly 3 weeks ago but she has now stopped responding. I will be giving the HOA a heads up regarding this company. read more

State Windows and Doors failed to complete their contracted work -- such as: Installed the windows and door on the first day, never finished promised to return on the next day they never did Came back on the third day left me with unfinished sealing of the sliding door flooring Broke the windows sill, reattached it without my knowing with poorly unacceptable finishing Failed the first inspection due to poor quality of work After 1 week of installation the wall underneath the window sill cracked-one of the manager came and took picture promised to comeback never heard anything. I sent e-mail to the 3 persons responsible and several calls no response. Came back to redo the problem with the window, finally passed the inspection after rescheduling again and delay on my working days Promised to comeback to placed the windows and doors screw cover never return. Ongoing issue its been 1 month and 1 day after the windows and door installation Not installing screw covers on windows/doors on time Not repairing cracked walls they damaged Leaving window sills poorly restored Failing to return or respond after promising to fix it So judge yourself are you going to hire this company. Until now I am stuck with this problem maybe additional out of pocket expenses to me is a waste of time and money to deal with this company. My advice Never hire Statewide Windows and Doors for your windows and doors replacement. read more

We have window and main entrance door still not completed as per contract. They lack commitment and communication with their customers. We still don't have a final building department approval and they lied to their finance company that the work was all completed so they can get paid and stick us to pay finance company When entire work is still not completed. We called finance company and they told us to contact the contractor, we did and again they lied by saying they had spoken to finance company, which they didn't. I would not hire them again. read more
