I rec'd my Best Pick Report Broward edition and found this company ( Keenan ) with outstanding reviews. I called them and 2 other local companies. I called JVR for an appt. but.... after 2 days I went to showroom to look myself. My job was tiny.. but did then set an appt. JVR came on a Wed, and by Friday I had to call them about my estimate, which was given to me verbally. I asked for it to be emailed, never received it. Who does that? 2nd place fella came out, rec'd the estimate, I asked for a change on estimate of a door.... never got back, no follow up. Keenan, Dan, came right out. Gave me a written estimate, I gave them one change to the order too, got that back to me right away. BOOK 'EM DANO. It was a bonus that the price was fair too. My order came in a few weeks early, their installers ( not contractors - which was important to me too) we great guys. The few usual tweaks needed after installation, were take care of after one call - the same day, like 2 hours later. Maybe I just got lucky. Its hard to find good companies, that have good workers, and good customer service. I highly recommend Keenan Windows! Thank you Dan and staff. Kim G. Oakland Park, Fl.

Every facet from our initial meeting to the final inspection was an excellent experience. Travis and Dan answered all our questions and concerns beforehand and were on top of every phase, leaving no surprises along the way. The installation crew and stucco crew were highly skilled, timely, neat, and courteous. The doors and windows themselves are beautiful and of extremely high quality. They were recommended to us by a neighbor, and we have since recommended Keenan to other friends and neighbors. They know their business and are very well worth the price.

Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. Installation was done on 11/10/2025. We made the installers aware that the slider doors were NOT the correct configuration. Installer said they could be replaced. We have telephoned and telephoned. Most times we get voice messaging and never get a call back. Any time we have talked to someone they tell us the replacement slider(s) are on order. It has become obvious they are NOT on order and we are being lied to. Mark H (last name withheld) (Salesman) and Steve C (last name withheld) (Final Measure Technician) have both confirmed the slider(s) are NOT the correct configuration. After trying to deal with several people representing BNT Impact Windows & Doors we were passed (once again passed on to someone else) on to Ray P (last name withheld) . He also told us (4-5 weeks ago) that the doors are on order. We have gotten one text message from him after we texted him first. We have heard NOTHING from him since he last told us the replacement slider(s) doors are on order. It has been almost ONE YEAR since we initially placed our order for windows and slider doors. There has also NOT been a formal county safety inspection! There are also voids in one door that allow lizards and bugs to enter our home. See Pictures. NO MORE PROMISES AND EXCUSES! It is unacceptable to be told things are on order when it is obvious they are not. In FRUSTRATION we have contacted a lawyer, Robson D.C. Powers, Esq. of Powers and Rogers, PLLC. We sent an initial certified letter to BNT Impact Windows & Doors informing them we would like to give them a chance to correct the issues before we initiate further litigation. I would encourage others that are having similar problems to contact a lawyer. We have documented in detail everything that has happened during this ONE YEAR LONG FRUSTRATING PROCESS. No Contact from them as yet. Here's your chance BNT. Step up to the plate. * Note: Neighbors have initially ordered windows replacement through this company. We have updated them as to our problems and will activity try to dissuade them from doing business with this company. *** 7/1/2026 UPDATE *** It is very possible that BNT Impact Windows & Doors is shuttered. Another commenter on Yelp! stated that they had gone to the Pompano Beach, Florida office and found it to be closed and empty. Two of our neighbors had given BNT in excess of $15,000 deposit and likely will not recover their down-payment. We have left messages and no one responds. We have sent emails and text messages and NO ONE RESPONDS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOID THIS COMPANY *** 7/28/2026 UPDATE*** Just today there has been a press release announcing that BNT Impact Windows & Doors has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Code. One other Yelp! reviewer reported that his salesman called him and said something to the effect, "There are no windows because there is no money." I will make the assumption that most customers that have given money to whomever at BNT Impact Windows & Doors are not going to recuperate an effing dime. BNT Impact Windows & Doors delayed the project to the point where the building permit time has expired. Good luck! Another ripped off BNT customer. *** 7/29/2026 UPDATE *** Several employees of BNT Impact Windows & Doors misled us, each saying the correct slider(s) configuration are being manufactured by CWS (Custom Windows System) and someone from 'Installation' will be in touch. NO ONE from 'Installation' ever contacted us. We now know that we were being LIED to by everyone we were handed off to. To rectify our situation another window installation contractor will be engaged. The building permit has expired because BNT Impact Windows & Doors delayed, lied and misled us running out the clock. Many customers' money was stolen by someone at BNT Impact Windows & Doors. The company has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and may be looking for financial backing to remain in business. The company should be allowed to fail and those responsible should be charged in a court and if convicted sentenced to an appropriate amount of jail time. Customers have had thousands of dollars stolen from them. Anyone who has been caught in this scam should seek legal advice and hopefully a criminal indictment will be issued against the perpetrators.
