I recently had ECW install windows and doors. They did a great job! (you can read my first review) For some reason I skipped one window but realized later I should have replaced it too. I reached out to Justin and he helped me get the window I should have gotten the first time! The window is in! It looks fantastic and was installed perfectly! Matthew was here by himself and did great work! I will recommend ECW to anyone looking to replace doors or windows!!! ...and a big shout out to Frankie in the warehouse who located the screen! East Coast Windows & Doors - After - Door Sales/Installation Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

We had seven windows which were 35 years old and were not replaced years earlier with our others because they had accordion shutters. We had heard they were a reputable company and had them give us a proposal that we accepted without shopping around. They communicated throughout the process and did a great job. The installation team was very professional and took care of our existing furnishingsI would not hesitate to use them again. read more

The East Coast team was very professional, courteous, and timely from start to finish. Rob, Tiago, Junior, Justin, Chris, Amy and all the others in the field and in office were easy to deal with and never pressured you. And if you ever need to talk to the owner, Ed, no problems, they are all very accessible. read more

Very pleased with estimates and installation. Almost no damage to my existing windowsills which was important to me. Staff was polite friendly efficient. PGT Windows a quality product at a fair price good value. read more

Amazing experience start to finish. Erica (phones and paperwork) Ed (owner) Rob (schedules and follow up) and the installers A+ Cannot say enough good things. Did a ton of research before I chose PGT and East Coast. I made the right choice! read more

Very happy with every level of my experience with this company. 1. Price: they run about middle of the road in cost compared to other companies. I was solely looking at PGT windows which are considered high quality.. They also carry other windows as well . 2. Consultation: Very transparent, to the point, and honest which is what i loved. ( when dealing with other companies I felt as if I invited a used car salesman to my home. They would quote some ridiculously high price then ask for friends phone numbers, or to leave a sign in the yard for discounts.. which immediately turned me off) 3. Customer service: easy to get a hold of by phone or email answered every concern i had 4. Install, craftsmanship: they knocked out 6 windows in 1 day.. finished work was clean and super professional! Overall I am happy top to bottom with this company.. when i am ready to do my sliding glass doors and front door they will be my go to! thanks again! read more

East Coast Windows and Doors We chose East Coast to replace the original, 30 year old windows with new hurricane windows and front door. Neighbors of ours used them and highly recommended them. The sales rep., Jason was excellent and very experienced. The owner came out to do the final measurements. The office followed up every step of the way and did exactly what they promised. 10 weeks later the crew came out. They worked like a well oiled machine. 5 guys came our and each one knew exactly what they where doing. They explained everything they were going to do, then hung up tarps, covered everything with plastic got started. They cleaned up much better than expected. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend using them. The price was also among the best I was quoted. read more

Shopped around a lot and East Coast provided the best overall value and excellent customer service. No annoying sales people - no hard sell which is very much appreciated. Recommend stopping by their showroom so you can see the products- windows and doors. Did a whole house storm window and door replacement. Big job- very professional, prompt and super courteous installation crew. Shout outs to Dan Beckham and his crew: Andre the crew chief was awesome along with every member of his team: Shante, Jason, and Dwayne. Ask for them if you can. read more

In 2018 I hired them to install six impact windows of various sizes in the upper part of my townhouse. Due to the age of building (36 years old) the installation took longer then originally thought. Anyway, they did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves, too! So, I hired them again in 2020 to install three sliding glass doors and one bathroom window. read more

GREAT COMPANY!!! We had an overall Great experience with ECWD! From appointment set up, measure, final measure (which the owner comes out to meet you and confirm order), to delivery and install, we have absolutely Zero complaints! One very important thing to add, the owner ran a special in the spring of Covid, just to keep his crews working so he wouldn't have to cut employees, THAT'S AN AMAZING BOSS! We had planned and set the moment aside well before covid so we were able to saved a little cash and prepare for hurricane season. Thanks ECWD. You run a Great Ship! read more

Excellent company and prestine work! ECW&W came highly recommended to us, and I'm so glad that we went with them. They gave us a great price, and the windwo quality is excellent. Our installer Andre, did fantastic work and treated our home like it was his own. He allayed any fears or concerns that I had about the install, and left very minimal dust/cleanup. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install impact windows and doors. read more

Great reliable company. They did excellent work. would recommend them highly. They were dependable and on time

En exceptional company to hire to do your windows and doors. Super professional. Being in a trade my self, i saw the work done. I couldn't be happier. When they do the quote they don't sell you a product. They just take down what you would like, although they are knowledgeable if you have questions. They respond to emails right away. They keep you up to date with the progress of your product. I recommend. read more

We decided to have hurricane impact windows and doors installed throughout our house a few months ago. We had a few companies come out and give us ideas and a price. Due to some good reviews and word of mouth we decided to go with East Coast Windows & Doors. We met with Chris and discussed the best way to go, then the owner,Ed came out for final measurements and finalize the plan. We were told by all the companies it would take a few months just to have all the custom made products manufactured. Once they were ready they would send out a crew to install. Andre and his crew came out and spent almost 5 days installing and making modifications to, they did a fantastic job and made sure we were very confident with the installation. The day after they were done they had the city inspection scheduled and Anthony from ECW came out to make final adjustments, fine tune everything and finalized the installation. Great company to work with and they do great work! If your thinking about having impact windows and or doors installed, do yourself a favor and contact East Coast Windows and Doors, you will be happy you did! read more

I ordered PGT windows from this company. Start to finish 90 days pre Covid. Installation went well and permit closed after 1st inspection. No complaints. Competitively priced. read more

About 6 years ago, I had them replace all windows and doors of my home with hurricane proof ones. It wasn't until 2 or 3 years later did I realize the problem. Instead of using proper outdoor caulk which is mold and mildew resistant, they used the cheap stuff. So after 2 or 3 years black mold began growing on the caulk. I tried cleaning it, I tried special solutions, I tried everything but you cannot fight the outdoor conditions in South Florida. Finally, I had to get another company to come and remove all of the crap caulk around every single window and door and replace it with the proper material. Don't use this company - they cut corners and you will pay the price. read more

Had all windows replaced 3 years ago or so. Now looking for a roof. Realized that yelp was helpful for me to avoid bad businesses and realized I owed East Coast Windows a review. They were very professional, did my windows quickly, laminated and insulated PGT Vinyl Hurricane Proof windows. Their crew was responsive to my every request and the icing on the cake was after about a year or so, one front window had a leak that caused damage to my home. They not only came out promptly and sealed a tiny crack in 2 places, but redid some other caulking that I requested without any charges! It gets even better. When I told the owner I received damages on the inside, he didn't just turn it in to his insurance company, he told me to get estimates on repairs, which I did, and he settled those damages with me quickly fairly and equitably to my satisfaction. Now I'm looking at other work and am going to use East Coast because they are among the best businesses down here in South Florida that I've had the pleasure of dealing with, PERIOD! read more

The entire experience with East Coast was excellent and first class in every possible way. Purchased a sliding door for a condo. Had also gone to a big competitors showroom: while the door was the same the experience at East Coast was far better and instilled much more confidence in the operation itself. They were professionals in every way starting with Erika and later on meeting with Ed the owner and speaking with Rob. Install crew Raul and his helper Santiago did a great and clean job. We are 100% satisfied and highly recommend this company which came highly recommended from other people in my building to begin with. Ed really knows how a company should be run! Of course the job passed inspection immediately. read more

The East Coast team, starting with Justin Trainor who came to my home and guided the window and door selection, and addressed all of my concerns until the contract was signed, to the Hungarian Installation Team who were incredibly efficient, patiently answered my questions, and left the home in excellent condition, were absolutely professional, knowledgeable, responsive throughout the process, and eager to be of assistance. I recommend anyone planning to install windows and doors to include East Coast in your research. Neighbors who used other companies have complimented the quality and beauty of the windows, and the work ethic of the installers (there is always someone watching :-) ). Thank you team; you earned the accolades. read more

Had our windows installed by East Coast approximately 11 years ago. After about 9 years they started to whistle. Made more than 10 calls to service before I got a return call. When the technician arrived I showed him the windows. Unfortunately the wind wasn't blowing. He asked if I had a recording. I said I didn't, thinking this guy is trying to blow me off. I asked if they could be repaired without removing the windows and he said yes. After about a week of waiting for a follow-up I never received one. Don't know if this company has technicians or just installers. Very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them. read more

The City inspection on my new windows was finally done this week. Everything checked out! From start to finish my experience with this company surpassed my expectations! They are super friendly and professional; the way a company should be. The installation was quick. They completed the work in ONE day and left everything clean. Communication with the different staff members was pleasant. The price was fair. I don't have anything negative to say. If I buy a 2nd home I will definitely call East Coast again! Thanks!!! read more

This is not just a 5 star company because of good quality materials , product or labor. Most importantly East Coast windows is a company that even after 6 years when they finished our job after warranty is over they still stand by your side and help you . Even if it's a squeak in a track or your dog ate a plastic plug from a door frame . Don and the whole crew can't accommodate you fast enough and free! Now that's really amazing!! Great company wow! read more

We just had our windows and slider replaced in a condo at palm aire. Chose east coast based on reviews and neighbors recommendations. Customer service was very good. Install went smoothly and the crew did a decent job cleaning up. Our new windows are beautiful to look at, so much better insulated and safe as well as quiet. read more

I had windows put in last week, They did a fanatic job. The men that did the installed the window where great.

I don't know where to start to say how satisfied I am with the work at my house. I replaced all my windows and doors. The entire process was easy and the work crew...Josh, Red, Bobby, Tommy and Russell were incredible. They are first and foremost, craftsmen. They care about the quality of the work and were careful to move things and replace them perfectly. They show up on time, work hard and clean up leaving things neat and clean every day. The company is well run and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with work/repairs at my home. read more

Highly recommend. I had impact sliders installed by another supposedly reliable company - what a disaster! East Coast was professional from start to finish. Their quote was on time and highly competitive. Their crew showed up at 8 am, worked all day without breaks, and didn't leave until 6 pm. They warned me the job would be "messy," proceeded to cover all furniture and probably left my home neater than they found it. They sent out an installer "just in case" on inspection day. Inspection passed with flying colors - the inspector indicated that they were a top notch company. BTW, my installer told me he has been installing windows since 1988 and has worked with the same crew for 9 years. Consummate professionals! read more

East Coast has just finished an install of windows and door. Raul and his team are pleasant, efficient, clean and conscientious of their work. I am very pleased with the outcome of the job. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend them to do an install on anyone's home. Thank you for an easy window & door install! read more

My husband and I could not be more Impressed with East Coast Windows and Doors. We heard from friends and neighbors that this was the company to use and now we will be part of their public relations train! We researched three different companies before making our final decision and are completely congratulating ourselves for picking East Coast. Every step of the way has been a Pleasure in working with this company. From Jennifer in the office who scheduled our appointments, to Justin who came to give us a free quote with no strings attached, to Ed the owner who came to remeasure when we were ready to order and who let us know that our windows and crew were coming, to the Incredible crew coordinated by Carlos who did the actual installation, to Rob who let us know that the inspector is coming next week. Each and every one of them are so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the company, and so clear in answering every question about your job specifically. This Amazing crew came in, took down our hurricane shutters and hauled them away, restuccoed the walls, replaced every window (15!) plus our front door, moved furniture, covered up everything in the house as they went, cleaned everything up and put everything back into place before they left. They took the house completely apart and put it back together all in two days - it was like watching the cat in the hat! The windows are just Beautiful and we still can't get over what a Great job East Coast did and we are really Excited to finally have our impact windows! read more

I can say that I was extremely impressed with the personal attention and the detailed workmanship that east coast delivered above my expectations. I am very picky and everything was done perfect. Even my building inspector was impressed. Ed, the owner, helped design my windows with me and it turned out AMAZING. They are a stand up company and delivered on every level. Hurricane windows are an investment. Not cheap. the team of installers were amazing, they listened and made it perfect. overall, beyond happy. This is a very good company. read more

I am updating my review from 4 to 5 stars since we used this company again for windows installation on an addition. They came through a second time with excellence service, professionalism and met all deadlines. I can confidently refer them to anyone. Every staff member we encountered was prompt and courteous. Give them a shot, you will not regret! read more

East Coast Windows & Doors were highly recommended by a few of our neighbors that had used them. We had them replace a total 6 doors & 22 windows with high impact material. The job was done by an incredible crew consisting of 4 well experienced workers. We can not emphasize how impressed we were with their attitude, expertise, punctuality & cleanliness. What a great experience it was for us. I will say that we have already and will continue to recommend them. One of the neighbors in our community has scheduled an appointment. read more

East Coast Windows and Doors installed my impacts windows and doors on April 23rd and 24th of this year. The company is very professional. I interviewed two other companies and chose this one due to the time that they spent with me during the initial interview and the time that they took to measure the windows and doors. The owner also came before the order was placed to introduce himself to me and do a final measurement. One thing that really impressed me about this company is that I am one of thousands of customers at any given time, and the office staff knew me by name if I called with a question and were excellent customer service representatives for this corporation. The gentlemen that were here the two days working at my house were extremely professional. Before they finished my job, they asked me if I was satisfied with everything and if there was anything else that they could do for me before they left. They put the original hardware back in my new hurricane proof door and hung my blinds, which they would not have had to do. If you are looking to hurricane proof your house, this is the company to call. read more

I could not be happier with East Coast Windows and Doors. Justin, Daniel and crew did an amazing job. Very professional every step of the way and amazing end result! I love my windows and doors. Thanks read more

It pains me to write this review. We had worked with East Coast for years and used them for multiple homes. We ordered a replacement door after the hurricane last year. A year later they have yet to install the replacement door. It is a simple slab door, no design to it, no glass. I hear story after story after story measured wrong, bad delivery etc. The last contact was December 17 saying they would be in touch. They never follow up. I always must chase them. They have had half the door cost for over a year. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Luckily, we have a broken door place. I wouldn't want to depend on them. read more

This used to be a place for GREAT service but it isn't any longer. Why pay a premium when you aren't treated well????? Used them before, and recommended them to others. WON"T do that any longer. read more

Overall we were really happy with our experience with the company. We had 3 hurricane windows and 2 sliding glass doors installed in a condo in Surfside. The first day there was a little hiccup with the parking situation and so they were unable to start. However, they came out the next day with a smaller truck and larger crew so that they were able to get everything installed in one day. The following day they just had to come out to do some finishing touch ups for a few hours. All of the employees seemed very professional and as far as price goes, they were a couple of thousand dollars cheaper than the other bids that we received. I have recommended the company to several neighbors so far and will continue to do so. read more

I just had 8 windows and three doors replaced with hurricane impact rated materials. These are not cheap but their price was reasonable. These guys were on time, polite and very meticulous with the work. They came back twice to adjust a few minor details. The finish was top notch and detailed. I would highly recommend them and use them again. I felt the service was great. They kept in touch with me and the city inspector on a daily basis. read more
