After he gave me a quote and I called back to hire them I would get the receptionist who told me he'd call back. Well this went on for 3 days back and fourth, with Mr Paesano never calling me back or returning my calls Well I guess he was not interested in my $8500 so I proceeded to go to other places. I ended up going to M & A Windows up in Broward Co who not only did an excellent job, they were $800 less than Astor Windows,. Astor Windows was unprofessional by not calling me back after the quote they gave me, or returnig my calls.

They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system.
