He was able to help me clearly understand what was needed for my home. In our first meet, he even help me fix some loose screws that came off my garage door opener! Do not get Lawson windows. Design has a large support beam. If you have custom made shades on your windows, you will have to move them; the support beam protrudes out and pushes them out. I had to call Bruce home design and pay $125.00 to have them reinstalled. Ordered windows with Jeff on 08/25/22. I saw several windows, but was not told about the support beam. I had new windows done in a previous home, by PGT, much nicer look. 01/02& 01/3 (9) windows were installed by Oscar. Most of my neighbors have replaced hybrid windows, install took one day. I complained about the sill situation after the initial cut was made, and was told it will be replaced. 02/11 sill was replaced. 02/13 inspected. During this purchase, financing was not available. Very glad this project is done. read more

I ordered new impact windows from this company last June. They were finally installed in late October. Very disappointed some of the installation, some of the crew did a poor job of protecting the home from dust. The quality of the Larson windows was also very mediocre. However most disappointing was the fact that the windows did not reduce the street noise. We live next to a busy road and the salesman did not suggest using thicker, noise reduction windows for our master bedroom. After several conversations where the company insisted that the windows should control noise ( they never even came out to see for themselves), they finally offered to replace the 3 master bedroom windows at MY EXPENSE but at their cost with noise control windows but we're unwilling to provide a similar warranty for them. I found another company that is going to install noise rated impact windows with a real warranty. Access Windows talks a good game but is a second rate installer. I never should have used them. read more

I had quotes from several impact window dealers, some were ridiculously high priced and pushy, Jeff was neither, knowledgeable and helpful. Windows were installed within the quoted time frame, but, the best was the installation crew, I dont think they know the word "NO", they were on top of ever one of my requests. When they did all they needed to do, they told me the follow up plaster/stucco repair guy would come and fix anything that needed patching. He showed up then next day and patched everything. I bought Impact windows and a slider, one of my main issues was road noise, the noise is now barely preceptable. Bravo, great job! read more

I had been dealing with a garage door problem for too long. The door would open fine, but it wouldn't close unless I held the button until the door closed. And many times it wouldn't stay closed. It would pop right back to the open position after briefly closing. So, I looked on my Yelp app on my phone and read the reviews of garage door repair services in the area. I noticed that Access Windows and Doors had many positive reviews. I gave them a call and spoke to a man named Peter. He was very friendly and helpful. I described the problem and he said it sounded like a sensor problem. He said he would come over tomorrow between noon and 2:00 to check it out. I agreed. The next day, I received a call from Peter at about 1:00. He said he was on his way. He arrived about 30 minutes later. After saying hello, he got right to work. Peter traced the wiring and said it had been spliced together incorrectly by a previous repairman. He tested the sensors and said they were fine. He then quickly rewired the sensors to the motor in a more convenient location than it had been wired before. He secured the wires and completed the job in short order. Peter is a very analytical, efficient repairman. He only charged me $125.00 including the service call. It was a great price for a beautiful job! I recommend Access very highly. read more

I am a property manager on Palm Beach Island and Access is the only company I would recommend or use for higher end properties because of the thoroughness on their end. They could have gone ahead and installed three sets of French doors we had already signed and given a deposit on, but on the final measurements and inspection before they, recommend we get an engineer. We did and it was a good thing; most other contractors would have done the job and taken the money and kept their fingers crossed or if there was an issue, blamed it on someone or something else. Had another great experience with Access Doors & Windows. After the initial door install, Jeff - the owner, personally followed up with me to ensure everything was done correctly. To me, that gesture says a lot - the business owner cares about his service. Everything was great, however, we needed some minor adjustments to the door, which is normal after an install. Jeff followed up with a confirmed appointment to send one of his guys over. His guy, Tom, called and advised he was 30 minutes out and arrived on time. A swap of a weatherstrip and a minor adjustment the door is perfect! The entire experience was great. Jeff was very honest, upfront, and communicative every step of the way. You could not ask for a more responsive and professional group to work with. All trim work needed following removal of old doors and windows was done at end of install and blends right into house. His price was fair and the lowest of several quotes that I received and the end result was terrific. The only issue I had was the timing- our contract stated that the job would be completed in 7-9 weeks and it took 12 weeks to complete. That was because the permit took longer to issue than the average turnaround time, but I did have to proactively reach out to Jeff several times to get an update. I've been a customer for many years and have always been happy with the service I've received but last Thursday Access Garage Doors went above and beyond my expectations! My garage door wouldn't open and my car was trapped inside. One of the door springs was broken and the red emergency handle couldn't open the door. I called Jeff @ Access and explained I had a doctor's appointment at midday. He called his technician and managed to squeeze me in.
