I highly recommend Juliao Garage Doors. We got three estimates and theirs was the best value. They worked with our deadline and completed the work on the day it was scheduled. It was a quality job. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The installer worked very efficiently and took the time to explain all the features of the door. read more

I am here to give Justin a 5 star review. I installed a brand new Garage Door to satisfy my insurance companies hurricane requirements three years ago. The installation was done by another Garage Door company lately. The Garage Door had not been staying closed when my wife was trying to leave and it was getting to be such a hassle. She gave me the business for not getting it fixed. we have all been there guys right? So I called Julia's Garage company in Miami Lakes. Set an appointment. Vanessa gave me a quote over the phone. I accepted it and just showed up on the day reset I explained to him the problem he didn't take but a second he knew exactly what was wrong. My telephone app told me that it was a faulty sensor and he saw that the original installation had the Electric eye clip to the running track of the Garage Door. He explained that this vibration causes the electric guy to become of alignment. Instead, he installed new brackets into the wood frame and told me that they would never vibrate again and he was right then he cleaned my track with the aerosol lubricant. He also looked at my door panel outside and told me my problem was a dead battery. Just can see things quicker than I could explain. He told me how to fix it or how he would fix it and he did it. I recommend this company very much if you are looking to install or repair a Electric, Garage Door, and ask for Justin read more

I was not in a rush to get my door fixed so I went through a few options. Giselle responded fast. Initially, they looked at the photos through text and told me it was a broken spring but I was like no it's not. They then corrected. So take this what you will. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete. Most didn't respond but Giselle called me after she got home and matched and scheduled the appointment for the next day. Mad props. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man. Took a look at our issue and didn't try to change things up right away (I was worried about this), no surcharges or anything. Very satisfied with their service. Would recommend. There are obviously a few things they could improve (look at the beginning) but they killed the execution so mad props. read more

Bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and purchased the installation as well. When the guys from Juliao came to donthe install, they were on time, and everything seemed well. When they left, I noticed that they had punctured a pretty sizeable hole on the ceiling. They did not mention it. I should have seen it but wasn't there when they left. The garage door wasn't closing properly, so I called again. A second person showed up and repaired the issue. I mentioned the hole on the ceiling, and he said it was probably there from before.. read more

Fair pricing, knowledgeable installers, friendly, responsive team and quality work. Generally good communication throughout the process. We needed an urgent door replacement and it was just our luck that it hit the last two weeks of Dec during the holidays, so key staff were out and turnaround time was longer than I had hoped for. However, Juliao did their best to accommodate and we were able to get the install done in early Jan. The guys who did it were terrific. Juliao has a ton of experience and a good business reputation in South Florida. Would I choose them again? Yes and I'd recommend them to others. read more

Decided to use this company for my garage door and new motor install! Price was decent. They are contracted with Lowes so that gave me a bit more peace to use them. They came and were in and out. Cleaned up after and hauled away all my old parts! I've referred to many friends....only complaint is the sales rep can be a bit pushy....no means no and not call and text after! read more

Having some difficulties with my 13-year-old garage door opener, I checked Yelp and found Juliao Garage Doors. I called on Tuesday for an appointment, and they were out Thursday morning. They found the old opener was really beyond repair, and offered me a new one with a good price. Their technician Jose was very professional, and three hours later I had a new opener done. ' The equipment provided battery backup in case of power outage, very good LED lighting and a super-quiet motory. I'm very happy with the price and quality of the equipment and installation. Payment processing was very easy as well, and I get a one-year warranty. Many thanks to Giselle and others with Juliao. I highly recommend this company. read more

On Friday afternoon April 19, 2024, my garage door got stuck in an upright position. I was freaking out since a lot of household items are in the garage. As the door was installed in 2019 by Juliao Garage Doors, I called the company & pleaded for a technician. It was getting close to closing time yet I was told that a technician would come to my home & close the door but would not have the time to fix the problem. The technician, Justin, not only identified the problem, he stayed to fix it. I was so, so happy. He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered all my questions, professional, & exactly the type of employee who works well with the public. This is a great company with an outstanding owner & technician(s) & is the only garage door company that I will use & recommend. read more

Thank you Juliao Garage Doors. Jose arrived at my house early the next morning I had requested that only one of the springs that broke on my garage door be replaced. Jose said no problem. All the other companies were trying to sell me to Springs minimum. Juliao Garage Doors did an excellent job installing a new garage door for us. Chris gave us a very affordable quote. He was professional and on time. Due to a communication error, only one technician showed up on Saturday. Due to the limited space, our garage door installation required two people. The owner called and made sure two installers would be there Monday morning. Rene and the other guy (sorry I forgot his name) did an awesome job. Very clean and professional. The door looks great.
