The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Absolutely amazing work. I called another company to fix my gate And the repair man was unable to fix it he told me I would have to pay $1300 for a brand new automatic gate opener. Then I called Dimark And without hesitation, they were there within the hour. This was great since I had taken the day off from work for this, and I was afraid I was going to have to take another day. He fixed the hinge attached to my automatic gate opener, as well as completely unstuck a chain that was tangled inside the machine. What can I say? I really should have written a lot earlier. Dimark replaced my garage door, maybe 2 years ago. They came around the next day and at the appointed time. Work was done quickly and price was reasonable. There had been a few hiccups on the door/motor, but each time it was fixed timely and was told that the work was "under warranty". We needed to replace the motor on our liftmaster garage door (side note - liftmaster are terrible, their "lifetime" warranty if void if you're not the original buyer i.e. you bought the house with it already installed!).
