My garage door opener suddenly stopped working, as if it was jammed. We use the garage door quite a bit in my house, so I wanted to take care of it right away. I hired Dimark, and was not disappointed! They responded to my request and gave a range to quote. If I would have been available, they would've taken care of it same day. We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Price was within the range as well. Excellent service, and very fast. I highly recommend. read more

I contacted Dimark when my garage door opener started acting up. Marlon came on the day and time promised, letting me know when he was on his way. He checked everything over and I was relieved to hear that I didn't need a new garage door opener, just a tune up and maintenance. He replaced all the wheels on the rails, and tightened up all the parts, and the garage door was quiet and working beautifully when he'd finished. I really appreciated the fact that Marlon was honest and didn't try to upsell me a new opener. He and his Dad were very professional and friendly, and his fees were reasonable. This company is a keeper for sure. read more

Excellent work. they answered quickly, arrived and repaired everything. They even gave me a discount

I have been having an issue with my garage door getting stuck. These people came out within 24 hours (even though it's the week between xmas & NYE when so many companies are closed). They were professional, kind and knowledgeable. They are not money-hungry. They didn't take advantage of the situation which I appreciate. In fact, they gave us tips to prevent the issue from happening again. read more

I called to request an assessment and quote to repair my damaged garage door. Within 20 minutes I had confirmation that they would be sending a van to do the inspection. Marlon showed up after completing another job in the area and gave me recommendations and options to fix my garage door. To my surprise, he confirmed he could do the repair immediately. After 30 minutes the job was completed!! Fantastic and timely service with great workmanship. I would definitely recommend Dimark Garage Doors to anyone looking to repair or replace their garage doors or garage door openers. Thank you! read more

Excellent service!!! They fixed my garage door issues quickly & reasonably. On time & texted updates . Highly recommend.

I contacted Dimark based on stellar reviews on Yelp. It was a relatively minor repair, requiring a new roller and bracket, but I couldn't open the garage, so it was urgent. They came out the next day an hour early (after calling to confirm that was ok). I think $225 for the service call was reasonable and so I'm overall very happy with them. read more

We contacted Marlon from Dimark Garage Doors after having an issue with our warehouse roll up door. They answered our call and immediately set up an appointment to visit our site the same day. Marlon and his father showed up even earlier than anticipated and quickly assessed the problem, explained it carefully to us, and quoted out their price. After accepting the quote, they immediately began working on the repair and also performing some maintenance. They repaired the issue and also replaced some old and worn parts. At the end of the job, they not only fixed our door but also increased it's life and made it a lot easier to use. Dimark Garage Doors proved to be a professional, timely and reliable company and we will maintain their contact information for all of our garage needs. They deserve the 5 star rating they have earned so far. We highly recommend their services. Thank you! read more

Sent their tech the same week. Diagnosed problem in minutes and repaired door quickly. Also had them provide maintenance for second door. Worked quickly, gave advice and did a wonderful job. Recommend them for sure. read more

Absolutely amazing work. I called another company to fix my gate And the repair man was unable to fix it he told me I would have to pay $1300 for a brand new automatic gate opener. Then I called Dimark And without hesitation, they were there within the hour. This was great since I had taken the day off from work for this, and I was afraid I was going to have to take another day. He fixed the hinge attached to my automatic gate opener, as well as completely unstuck a chain that was tangled inside the machine. Mind you he did this all in semi formal wear as he was simply going around doing estimates. Because of the intense heat outside, he was sweating bullets in that clothes.. Super dedicated very friendly was able to explain everything to me as it happened happened.. My gate is now fixed and I did not need a new machine. He saved me a lot of money.. Very skillful organized and all around great guy. Highly highly recommend recommended.. One of the few good ones left in Miami. read more

Called them to replace a garage door spring. They were friendly, easy to work with and got the job done quickly. Would use them again.

This was the best customer service we have experienced in years. The top bracket broke off of our garage door rendering it useless. Based on the yelp reviews we called Dimark and they fixed it that day. The person on the phone was very helpful, we got lucky & they were at our house within half an hour. They quoted us a reasonable price, got to work quickly and improved the door with a better bracket and support. We were extremely pleased with everything. read more

On 6.12.24 Marlon and his dad came over. I, ignorantly thought that a "noise" that my garage door was making was not right or something. Marlon explained the cause of the noise, said it was normal and assured me there was nothing to worry about. They then inspected every part of my door and everything that supported it. All good. I apologized for wasting their time and they were very understanding and considerate. They charged me nothing! They are true and honest professionals. I promised them I'd compensate them with an honest review of their honesty and competence. A promise made is a promise kept. If you need work of any kind on a garage door, hire this company. You'll be grateful! read more

What a wonderful team this company is. Super reliable, trustworthy and efficient. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I selected these folks because of their 5 star review on Yelp... they deserve every star and should be around 6 or 7. I set an appointment to replace the spring on one of my doors and they called to see if they could come a day early!!! Now THAT'S service!! Unfortunately, we weren't going to be home so they came at the regularly scheduled appointment time. Job was done in less than an hour at the quoted price. Do not hesitate to hire Dimark if you need a garage door repaired!! read more

Dismark doors is an incredible and reliable company!! I'm beyond pleased with their fast and efficient service. I called this morning around 10am. They said they would be at my house to give me a free estimate between 12:15-12:30pm. They keep you in the loop when they are in route to your home & arrived 15 minutes early which is a miracle in Miami! The estimate was a good price & they fixed my door perfectly and showed me everything that was wrong and what they did to fix it! Hands down the best company I've ever worked with in Miami!!! We just had a great experience with dimark. Our garage had jerked from side-to-side ever since we moved into our house a few years ago. However, it had worked fine and wasn't something we wanted to mess with until it broke. That day came 3 days ago when the hardware snapped in half. We were given the option by Dimark's technician to improve the system or just fix what was broken. We decided to improve the system. It's amazing how our garage now glides up and down with ease. It was money well spent and would absolutely recommend this company. read more

Marlon of Dimark came to look at my nonfunctioning garage door 2 days ago and determined that it needed a new sprocket in the drive mechanism. Since he didn't have one on his truck, he came back the next day to install it. He not only did the needed repair but he lubricated and "tuned up" both garage doors leaving them working like new. Not only were he and the office manager who set up the appointment very efficient, they were extremely pleasant and polite. I would happily use them again. MBOH read more

Great people and great service at fair prices! Marlon (owner) answered my initial call and was clear and concise in his answers for my questions. I called Marlon on Monday and he was able to come out Wednesday (same week) to install the opener. He asked if I want to supply my own or he could provide one for me - I chose to pick up my own at the local big box hardware store. Marlon advises me which brand he prefers and why- great from someone who does this for a living. On Wednesday, Marlon showed up on time (and his text message CRM system is on point). His truck is professional, neatly organized and everything he needed was quick to find and do the job (it says something about his work ethic). He was done in 1 hour as promised and shows me how to work everything. Great job and I would highly recommend his professional company. read more

This company is amazing, as I called and was given an appointment immediately Technician showed up on time and within an hour job was complete. Definitely use them. You will not regret it. Thank you for your service. read more

What can I say? I really should have written a lot earlier. Dimark replaced my garage door, maybe 2 years ago. They came around the next day and at the appointed time. Work was done quickly and price was reasonable. There had been a few hiccups on the door/motor, but each time it was fixed timely and was told that the work was "under warranty". The moral of the story is that it's easy to get someone to install a garage door opener, but getting a company to install a garage door opener and truly stand behind the work they do is rare! This is a wonderful family owned business! read more

One day when I was about to leave home for work, the garage door broke. After calling my office to tell them I won't be showing my face soon, as I couldn't get my car out, my next call is for the repair. I'm happy with Dimark's service, the father and son team arrived promptly at the time they said they would, with all the parts and tools in their truck so they were able to do the repair right there. They told us what needed replacement and in half an hour everything was in good order, working better than before. The son speaks good English which is a relief. I didn't price shop, as I did not plan on sitting at home for days waiting for several quotes and then to have the bid-winner come back for the work, so I can't comment on price. read more

I contacted Dimark on a weekend and received a response immediately. They came and provided me a free quote and seemed very knowledgeable. We needed to replace the motor on our liftmaster garage door (side note - liftmaster are terrible, their "lifetime" warranty if void if you're not the original buyer i.e. you bought the house with it already installed!). We then had another issue where the door wouldn't shut properly, again, Dimark were willing to come out on a Sunday to fix it! It's to find quality, reliable and timely vendors in Miami, I would highly recommend them. read more

My Garage Door is HUGE. It's residential but it is about 18feet wide, insulated, and hurricane proof. When the springs break, and this happens about every 5 years, you cant open it even with 4 people. I typically use a garage door person but he was not available, luckily. I went to a local neighborhood chat app an Dimark Garage Doors came up with two reviews. I called them. Keeping in mind that typically, my previous garage door person takes about 3 days to come, go find these "industrial" garage door springs and install them. When Dimark picked up the phone, they told me they could have someone there within 2 hours. Wow, impressed. As soon as I hung up I got a text stating where the service person was and their ETA. Double Wow. Then the next call was to ask if they could be there in 15 minutes! Triple Wow. To make a long story short, what used to take 3 days was completely done in 2 hours. That included the guys from Dimark going out in the pouring rain to get the commercial springs. Bring them back, install them, put new cables that I requested, adjust the door, lubricate all the moving parts! I am beyond impressed at how professional these guys are. I even got an automated text message while they were out getting my industrial springs and a series of e-mails as well. Overall, great customer service. Very professional. Very knowledgeable on what they are doing. I wish there would be more companies like this. Going to try to upload some pictures. read more
