I called and Karen took my information and said she would call me back in 5 minutes to confirm if they could come out to give us a quote. She called in less than a minute to tell me Marlon was on his way within the next 20 minutes. Marlon arrived in 15 minutes and evaluated the situation which was unfortunately a scam done by the last installer. After our conversation we concluded to go forward with the parts we had, with some new parts we acquired. Marlon not only fixed it, but cleaned up the unfinished work from the last guy. The best part I appreciate the most is Marlon and his company exude excellence with integrity & honesty. It's very hard to find people these days who will take that quality time to do a job correctly and make sure you don't get ripped off in the process. His fee was well worth it. The process time from calling in to finish was 2 hours. Thank you Marlon and Karen for being honest people.

I hired Dimark, and was not disappointed! They responded to my request and gave a range to quote. If I would have been available, they would've taken care of it same day. We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Price was within the range as well. Excellent service, and very fast. I highly recommend.

There are obviously a few things they could improve (look at the beginning) but they killed the execution so mad props.
