Several things screams outstanding about this company. 1) I provided pictures of what needs to be fixed. They gave me a quote through Yelp. They didn't give me an AI response saying they need to come by to do an estimate or do a consultation. I appreciate the clear answer. 2) prompt responses within the Yelp messaging system. Awesome. 3) the quote was very accurate. They said "this price to fix" and "this price if and when added materials are needed" Cool, I have a very good idea of what to expect.. 4) Luis the technician came on time!! 5) Luis took his time to carefully fix the frame, he preserved my mesh, so I didn't have to pay more to replace the mesh. (I appreciate that so much). Also, he took extra time to adjust everything and make sure everything fits and go back the right way. 6) Take Zelle, sent me a receipt and then told me there is a one year warranty, because he knew I might not look at the receipt. LOL. Yes, recommend!! read more

And I thought the pricing was fair... I got quotes from two others that started $50 above. read more

So happy that we called The Sliding Door Experts! They actually answer the phone - every time. Jennifer is friendly, polite, & exceptionally accommodating. The technician, Luis, was prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed our issue and explained it to us fully. Parts needed to be ordered for this 26 year old slider, & Jennifer got them in less than 24 hours. Luis returned a day later to do a super thorough (cleaning &) repair of both the track and the rollers. Our ancient gigantic sliders that had become a full-on workout to open or close now roll so easily/smoothly, they just about open & close themselves...lol. The very reasonable bill was exactly what they said it would be up front (on the initial phone call). The Sliding Door Experts is an EXCELLENT company - & we would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone:) Thank you again, Jennifer & Luis! read more

The technician showed up early, clean, and COVID-safe. The work (repairing a cat-torn screen door and noisy sliding patio door) was done very quickly, the technician cleaned up after himself, was very professional and friendly. We've suffered with this noisy patio door for years! Now it no longer wakes the neighbors across the street when we open it. I highly recommend Sliding Door Experts and only wish they had a location at our future home in Knoxville TN. read more

They changed the wheel and handle on my very old door and it feels like a brand new door was installed! The door slides easily and smoothly without making any noise. It's like butter lol. The handle is also very nice and looks good. The installers fixed it in 45 minutes and thoroughly cleaned the window after they finished. I also liked that it came with a 2 year warranty in the event there is an issue. Jennifer in customer care is very friendly and helpful also. We just bought a new house and needed the glass in a few windows replaced as well as new wheels in our sliding glass door. Great experience! Fast service even on a weekend! The repair tech was quick and thorough.

Update 9/2019: I can not describe how helpful and professional this company is. I had some light "flooding" of water coming into my condo during a period of heavy rain and Jennifer sent Luis out to me after normal business hours on a Friday night. Luis proceeded to caulk all the holes in my sliding doors that were letting to much water pass thru and completely stopped the water from overflowing into my home. I was beyond grateful to The Sliding Door Experts for their help. Do not hesitate to contact them for any sliding door needs you may have as they are very knowledgable and reasonable. The technician Cesar from Sliding Door Experts (company located in Miami) they repair sliding doors came out to my condo in Hialeah. I cannot tell you how hard it was to drag open our patio slider door. He was on time and explained what need to be done in detail. My expectation was met and I'm beyond happy with the repair. I highly recommend this company to fix your patio glass slider door. Ramona read more

From the initial professional phone call with Jennifer to Luis, the tech's, great job on my doors, I am very satisfied with the Sliding Door Experts. Jennifer answered all my questions, including that they are insured and provide a free estimate and gave me the soonest available appointment. She also patiently listened as I explained my COVID concerns and assured me they wear masks at all times and followed other protocols. On appointment day, Luis, the technician, arrived perfectly on time, told me what to honestly expect from the repair (masked and from 20 feet away outside), gave me several options for repair/replacement, and a fair, imo, estimate. Thankfully, he also had the parts available and was able to complete the rollers exchange, install a new track, and address the frame's seal in under and hour. Payment and receipt were done over the phone and e-mail. A week and several weather changes later and my doors are still gliding beautifully --a great investment in my home entrusted to the professionals at the Sliding Door Experts. read more

I recently purchased a home and was quite disappointed when my sliding doors were not opening. I automatically thought "oh no! Another expense!" I could just see the dollar bills leaving my account. So of course I went on to Yelp and began my search. I am so thankful I found this company! They were able to schedule me for a free estimate within 2 days, which was quite impressive. My technician was Luis. He arrived within the promised 1hour window and quickly detected the problem. When he told me the price I was shocked at its affordability. Immediately I agreed to the repair and they fixed my door right there and then. I am very pleased with their work ethic, affordability, and customer service! read more
