They were professional, each had a task, they knew what to do, and they went right to it without wasting any time. They covered for the dust, and cleaned as they worked. I don't like writing negative reviews, but my frustration with this company has reached its limit…read more I signed a contract with this company on April 3, 2026, to install impact-resistant windows in the small patio of my condominium apartment. As of today, August 11, 2026, the project still has not been completed, and I have received nothing but excuses and conflicting explanations. According to what the company confirmed when I called their office, the materials have been sitting in their warehouse since the first week of July. Now, I'm being told that the delay is due to a permit issue. I personally contacted and visited the City of Tamarac to try to understand what is happening. The information I received was consistent: the company had not properly processed the required documents. At this point, I no longer have confidence in this company or in their ability to complete the work as promised. I want to cancel the contract, but I'm being told that I cannot simply do so. I find it extremely frustrating that I am expected to remain tied to a contract with a company that has failed to deliver what was promised. I will be seeking guidance on what options I have to resolve this situation and, if possible, terminate the contract. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. This has been a tremendous disappointment and an extremely frustrating experience.

I later found out he was the owner and not just a salesman. His honesty saved us from making some costly mistakes that none of the other companies even mentioned. Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors!…read more We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Boca Impact Windows & Doors. From start to finish,…read morethey were incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.

Bobby arrived early, so early that we still needed to drop our son off at school. He seemed informed and professional until it as time to send the estimate. He texted my wife who asked him to email. He tells her via text that I agreed to see him here before 9 (when we drop off our son). I picked up my phone to call him and he tried to verbally overwhelm me. In the end, he said he would email us the details. This was followed by a text message after a half hour telling me he will "bow out" of sending the estimate. Business must be great if he can make this type of decision. I suppose this helps our decision making process. Don't call this company if you value your time.

Outrageouly bad service and no follow up, stay away from this place if you value your money,…read moreI bought double front door and door handles (aka pulls) from them. Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. One of my door handles started to come loose. It took 2 months to schedule an appointment for technician to come out with a dose calls and many missed appointments. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!
