The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Boca Impact Windows & Doors. From start to finish,…read morethey were incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.

They recently finished an install of all of my windows, door and sliding glass door and everything…read morewent very well! Everything passed inspection easily. They were all very friendly to me. There was a lot of follow up with several team members. First, the salesperson Simon, did initial measurements and gave me an estimate. Then in another appointment, Javier confirmed the measurements (maybe before ordering parts). It took a few of months for HOA approval, county permitting and for them to receive my custom windows. Then before the install began, another manager Joel came by to remeasure and let me know what to expect during the install. I was a little anxious because they were doing my whole house and I knew it was going to be a lot of noise and demolition. But when Randy, the supervisor, and Yoandry, the team leader, showed up with 2 more guys they seemed to know what they were doing. So I basically hid in my room upstairs as they started working downstairs. Every once in a while I would peek out and see my windows getting knocked out and then my front door removed. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust to other parts of the house. Yoandry and his crew made me feel at ease. It took 2 days for the demolition, new install and caulking. After the job was done Randy, the job supervisor, took me to each window and door and had me test them. He had me open and close each opening and then I had to sign a check list. Then the last day they put screens in the windows and did some other finishing work. The office scheduled my inspection. Yoandry and his team were also present with me when the inspector did a walkthrough of all my windows and doors. Altogether considering how much work was done, it was a relatively stress free experience! And my new windows and doors look great.

The first time, I had ordered a cabinet that was mirrored and one of the drawers came broken. I took the drawer to Delray Glass and it was professionally fixed in less than a week. I was under time pressure because furniture was going to be delivered into that spot in less than a week. They sent someone to my house in a day and the new mirror was installed four days later. The finished product looked great and I could not tell that it had not always been there. The workmen were well trained and did an excellent job. I would use this company any time I need glass work.
